我住了7天，他们竟然从来没换过床单和枕套……真是难以置信……又脏又差。

离主街很远。 电视只有泰语频道。 连续两天没有热水。 我比预定入住日期提前一天退房。 无线网络还可以。 这不是酒店的错，是我女朋友想让我住的，否则我一开始就不会住这里。

第一晚我们被换到了另一个房间，说是“升级”了，但是床很糟糕。空调直接对着我们的头吹。

酒店很干净，房间还可以，但缺点是游泳池很脏，有酸味，还有游动的昆虫。

Nhân viên thân thiện, dù check in nửa đêm nhưng vẫn giúp mình đổi tiền mang lên tận phòng. Phòng ở sạch sẽ, thoải mái (mỗi tội có phòng để máy sấy tóc có phòng không 😂). Hơi xa trung tâm tẹo nhưng được cái yên tĩnh. Nói chung trải nghiệm ok

Phòng chưa dọn xong trong khi mình check in vào 4:00 chiều. Máy lạnh bị hư và nhân viên phải lên sửa gần 30'. Nước nóng ở đây thật sự không ổn.

พนักงานบริการแย่มากเงินมัดจำไม่คืนแจ้งให้มาทำความสะอาดห้องตอนที่เราไปทำธุระ3-4ชั่วโมงไม่ยอมให้แม่บ้านมาทำให้ขึ้นมาทำในตอนที่เราต้องการความเป็นส่วนตัวต้องการพักผ่อน รปภที่รักษาความปลอดภัยดีมากเป็นกันเองมากค่ะ สระว่ายน้ำที่เป็นสระเด็กก็สกปรกมาก ไม่ประทับใจเลยค่ะ

Saya tidak diberikan extrabed dalam 3 malam, padahal saya sudah memesan dan membayarnya, petugas hotel janji akan menghubungi untuk refund tapi belum diemail sampai sekarang.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Front desk was never staffed. All day no one came to clean the room until 5pm when everyone was in the room then someone came to clean and I refused to clean the bedroom. No hair dryer and no iron even though I asked for a dryer twice 🥲.

ห้องพักดีราคาสมราคา เตียงนุ่ม บริการดี มีรถรับส่งปากซอย มี Smart TV ดู YouTube Netflix ได้สบาย ห้องกว้าง ห้องน้ำก็สวย ประทับใจมาก ๆ

The air conditioner at the living room didn't work both nights. It was OK for the first night because we checked in after midnight. But the next day we informed the hotel that they had to fix it. In the end, the hotel did not make any changes. Contacting the hotel via internal phone is very difficult. Employees rarely answer the phone. Hotel parking is not convenient. More cars than parking spaces.

When we checked into the room we had problem with the key (the door would not open), and we asked roomboy to open it using his key and still couldn't. After waiting for a while it was open. But it happened again and again (everytime we were about to enter our room). The receptionist said it was the lock that needed to be charged but still no good solution as we had to experience that awful room entering for 5 days. Another thing was the cups/dishes in the room were never cleaned, we should clean by ourselves (the roomboy just left them there unclean).
