Travelocity changed the dates when I was booking and charged me $187 for the wrong night with no refund and had to rebook and pay for the correct night. I am very mad with Travelocity!

Great facility in the heart of the city

Very nice hotel

This is a nice hotel but the shower was cold for me but hot for my husband. The bathroom sink did not drain properly. There were stains on the wall near the toilet and it looked like someone had spilled coffee. The rooftop deck was very nice. We tried to check in early because we were dropped off at 11am but the room was not ready until 3pm which was disappointing. We found it hard to believe that the room was not ready with a 12pm check out time. Hotel is in a nice location and the staff is very friendly.

Everything in the area was new and beautiful.

Good stay overall. Friendly and helpful staff. The TVs are outdated and don't have high definition or correct aspect ratio, and there are no USB chargers in the room.

Better customer service and restaurant services

The electricity in the room were subpar. Without the keys all electricity were off. I couldn’t go to the bathroom without waking up everyone because the key turn all the lights on rather individual light. That was very annoying and not well plan at all.

Only hotel in Costa Del Este. Adjacent shopping center has many dining options. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
