Staff is unfriendly and the rooms are very noisy. We had to do the police and knock on next door to stop a party. Plus the beds are squeaky

Ho scelto questo hotel per un weekend durante un viaggio di lavoro, purtroppo si è rivelata una pessima scelta. La notte fra Sabato e domenica l'hotel ha ospitato una festa privata con musica a locale ma a db da rave party fino alle 4:30 di mattina. In reception dicevano di non poter farci nulla. Ho dovuto chiamare i carabinieri per un intervento. Il direttore non si è fatto trovare, nessun tipo di scusa ho compensazione per questa gravissima mancanza di rispetto verso clienti paganti.

Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet, Restaurant nicht geöffnet. Frühstücks Buffet keine 4Sterne Wert. Personal unmotiviert

Unterbringung sauber, Frühstück mittelmäßig, servie/Personal sehr freundlich.

I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. The lady at the reception on 23rd around 13:30 while speaking to me in between exchanged words in her language with her staff member and both laughed and passed weird expressions which is very unprofessional and insulting to do to your guests. We went into the room noticed even the basic things are not in the room for a 4 star hotel. Only 2 water bottles in the fridge no kettle no tea bags no iron, Broken cupboards, Ants in the balcony, broken hair dryer, noisy Bed We asked them for extra towels 3 times finally had to get down and ask for 4 time.The AC was blowing air not cooling the room due to this my 1 year old got unwell and had temperature. I requested to make the AC work nothing changed. We went to speak at the reception and when we mentioned our baby is unwell they laughed at us at this moment we realised its a very unsafe place to stay.extremely rude and unprofessional staff worst hotel experience of my life.I had to leave the hotel and make another booking at a different place.

La struttura è bella niente da dire avevamo la vasca idromassaggio in camera e mi finita ad asciugare acqua che perdeva ovunque, letto nonostante il Topper scomodo, cuscini troppo duri e colazione scarsa non veniva rifornita

Struttura un po datata . Da ristrutturare i bagni con piatti doccia ammuffiti. Ottima la sua posizione difronte al mare a metà tra taormina e messina

La spiaggia organizzata dell'albergo era stata dismessa anzitempo e, comunque, anche l'ospite dell'albergo avrebbe dovuto pagare l'ingresso ( ?? ) . Non si può sentire !! Colazione a pagamento ( extra ) pessima : la sconsiglio a tutti . Meglio nel bar accanto all'albergo La camera ( standard ) , a noi, fortunatamente è capitata in buono stato. Altri ospiti che avevano la superior invece è capitata in pessime condizioni

Week-end in relax! Camera vista mare con idromassaggio molto bella ma soprattutto super pulita! Ottima la colazione! Avremmo voluto sapere al telefono da parte della ragazza che ci ha risposto che la spiaggia fosse a pagamento e che in piscina é necessaria la cuffia... Personale super cordiale al bar, colazioni e il mitico Ciccio alla Reception! Torneremo sicuramente.

La pulizia nelle stanze e' stata svolta in modo perfetto

Posizione strategica

Erittäin mukava hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla merenrannalla. Siisti hotelli, mukavat huoneet, hyvä ilmastointi. Hyvä aamupala. Viihtyisä ravintola, missä aika kalliit ruuat ja juomat. Uima-allas alue muuten mukava, mutta allasbaari (mahdollisuus syödä ja juoda) olisi ollut hyvä. Uimahattu pakko ihmetytti eikä tästä ollut kerrottu missään. Voin suositella tätä hotellia!

Sin disponibilidad de parking, cuando aparcar por los alrededores es un infierno. Habitación pequeña con camas individuales separadas. Nevera que no funciona. Piscina que le da la sombra y no te dejan consumir ni agua.

Hotellet saknade gym trots att det skulle finnas, takträdgården var en cementplatta, handfatet läckte, parkeringen var full som tvingade oss betala 15€ för gatuparkering.

La consiglio tutto perfetto

Prima hotelkamer. Netjes en schoon. Maar enorm gehorig. In de ochtend word je gewekt de slaande deuren, stofzuigers en wc’s van de buren die doorgetrokken worden. Men is niet heel erg vriendelijk bij de receptie of de bar. Wel bij het ontbijt overigens. Maar dat ontbijt was iedere dag hetzelfde. Voor mij prima, maar als je er langer bent is varieteit in beleg misschien wel prettiger.

Do not rent this hotel. I paid extra for an upgraded room. The shower was not working and the water came in to the room. I asked for it to be fixed 3 times, without any luck. And in the end they still got me to pay for the upgraded room. Terrible service
