Locatie was goed, 's avonds onveilig. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Low budget hotel. Kleine kakkerlakken op de kamer, die iedere dag aanwezig waren.

Housekeeping was next to nonexisting. I found leftover food containers from a prior guest in the closet. After three days of not seeing housekeeping I finally found her and asked for the trash to be removed. The toilet was broken, it ran constantly and consequently was always reflushing itself. The neighborhood is not the best.

For us this hotel had an excellent location and was close to all the restaurants and nightlife of Long Street, the Green Market Square as well as the African Threatre Show. The hotel staff were exceptional being very helpful and friendly answering a lot of questions we had with Cape Town. The breakfast you could order off the menu which was included and very good food.
