我们一同的伙伴在酒店内被盗，损失惨重。酒店没有任何表达歉意，好像这一切是正常的。

很不安全的酒店，被盗事件不是偶尔发生。千万不要入住这家酒店。是贼窝！

The hotel is very clean, beds are comfortable and great views. The front desk staff was exceptional, both knowledgeable and helpful. I want to give a special shout out to Silvia and Alba. They went so far above and beyond to ensure that we had the most delightful vacation. Breakfast was well worth the money! The location was outstanding and the front desk is so well informed about the community and highlights. We had such a magical experience and this hotel made it so.

We waren hier voor de tweede keer, Heel aangenaam hotel, supervriendelijk personeel, heel propere kamers en op wandelafstand van het gezellige centrum van Pamplona. Top ontbijt met voor elk wat wils. Auto kan ook beveiligd staan, dus ideaal. Een echte aanrader!

Expérience globalement positive malheureusement gâchée par des petits détails. Arrivés à midi, on nous a demandé de revenir à 14h pour obtenir la chambre. La réception a conservé nos bagages et pris en charge notre voiture. Tout cela était très bien. À notre retour, (14h30) nous avons eu notre chambre à 15h10. (Acceptable). Une fois arrivé devant la porte, clé inefficace. Intervention d’un technicien pour changer les piles. Chambre très propre mais petite. Cable bouilloire trop court pour la brancher , et pas de café ( que du thé ). Pas de mouchoirs. Téléphone intérieur en panne. Ensuite pas de place à la piscine pour un peu de détente. Même pas un espace pour s’assoir par terre. Tout cela ne donne pas envie de revenir. Quelques améliorations qui pourraient grandement améliorer la note finale.

Lovely hotel in the old town

Such a beautiful hotel. Staff were really welcoming and very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Lots of little extras were much appreciated especially the welcome drink. Would love to go back.

Came for wedding which also took place at Pamplona Catedral Hotel. Had no idea this place is a destination in itself. My corner room had the most gorgeous Mountain View's. This hotel is like a secret garden and sits at the top of this very cool cobblestone town. Shops, bars and clubs on every corner. Absolutely love.

Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen, die Zimmer waren sauber, Bad komfortabel. Das Zimmer war mir allerdings etwas zu dunkel und leider nur ein Queensize-Bed. Das Personal war recht freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück sehr gut.

Impresionante situación. La habitación de tamaño normal pero completa, luminosa y cuidada. Servicio muy bueno y muy práctico el servicio de aparcacoches para entrar y salir del hotel. por su situación. Por el nombre, las fotos y el nivel esperábamos un sitio singular y especial en cuanto a salones,....pero desgraciadamente no fue lo que encontramos o vimos.
