Great facilities. Staff

The hotel was very nice but the staff friendliness and great customer service is what made the stay excellent. Bonus: We saw a bald eagle fly over the lake in front of the hotel from our room window both mornings during our stay. What a great way to start the day.

Clean and efficient

I loved the room, the area, and the staff is so so amazing that the person who’s job I am taking over for practically DEMANDED I stay there and it was everything she raved about and then some!

Very nice

The property was very clean & tidy. The room was nice but the layout just seems a little off. The lobby was a little warm but the elevators were like a sauna, extremely hot & uncomfortable!

Everything was great!

I had drove for 5.5 hours and was super tired when I arrived there was no parking spots as one side was being repaved. totally understandable however I had to park almost a half mile at night time and walk in the street to get back to the hotel. Then wake up earlier than expected to deliver a half day of training to a major organization. The front desk person was very calm and nice so I appreciated that. However that’s not what I expected that evening.

The noise level was awful ! Kids running around all hours of the night in the hallway , yelling

Rooms was very dark so I could sleep in and quiet.

Absolutely amazing staff and especially front desk. I’ve been trying all the hotels in this area of Evansville for recurring travel I’ll have, and this is the second time at the Courtyard. They have won me over and I’ll be staying here each time I come back to Evansville. Thank you for being so friendly, helpful, and accommodating!

Came for college graduation. Everything was excellent, the staff and rooms were great. Nice quality of towels and linens. No complaints!

My friend and I traveled from TN to attend a Prince tribute event being held at the Victory Theater in Evansville. Our weekend stay at the Courtyard was great. Very clean, comfortable, and friendly service. However, we were disappointed on the knowledge of the ones tending the bar in the lobby. Seem to not understand or know how to mix a cocktail requested and had no clue what kind of wine to serve when asked. Bar service staff wasn’t great at all.
