飯店位於城外，雖然距離約2公里多，但安靜，有獨立空間。飯店感覺很新，餐廳的食物很好吃，房間乾淨舒服，整體感覺很棒。

The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean with comfortable beds, breakfast was with a good variety and tasty and the hotel has a big parking place. A short 5-minute drive and you are in the center of Mérida, the hotel is just outside the city so the surroundings are quiet. Unfortunately, there was a negative part of our stay, the hotel is not soundproof to the interior corridors and adjacent rooms so we could hear everything very loud and clear, other guests closing their room doors guests talking in the hallways early in the morning, toilets being flushed, coughing, etc. which did not provide a good night's rest.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and actually made me feel welcome in general in terms of being a tourist in his city! The room was big, clean and comfy. I didn’t use the restaurant but it looked lively and popular. Would definitely stay again!

A pesar de poner el cartel en la puerta de la habitación alrededor de las 10:30 , indicando que podían hacer la limpieza de la habitación, al regresar a las 15:30 la habitación no se había limpiado. Nadie se interesó por la situación.

Séjour très agréable très bon accueil propreté de l’ensemble de l’hôtel irréprochable ! Très bonne qualité de literie. Super espace piscine. Même le checkout était émouvant ! Merci pour cette très bonne adresse 😊

El hotel muy limpio y cuidado.Habitación amplia. Desayuno en cafetería muy bueno. La zona de la piscina está genial para refrescarse con las altas temperaturas.

Muy buen hotel. Destaco que sea pet friendly y que te puedas alojar tranquilo con tu mascota, han sido todos súper amables. También excelente el restaurante, muy bueno el menú y la atención del equipo. Gracias!

L'hotel est confortable et propre mais le personnel vous acceuille certainement en pensant que c'est eux qui sont les clients et pas l'inverse , pas un sourire , on traine les pieds pour vous répondre si ils parlent anglais ou non alors le français je n'en parle pas.On n'ose plus rien leur demander après cela, pas cool !!!!!!
