飯店位於城外，雖然距離約2公里多，但安靜，有獨立空間。飯店感覺很新，餐廳的食物很好吃，房間乾淨舒服，整體感覺很棒。

This is an out of town hotel, ok for 1 night. Popular with coach parties. No food available until 8.30pm which was late bearing in mind we had been driving for 10 hours. Breakfast was a buffet and ok but the ‘hot’ food was cold. Staff were helpful and suggested ordering room service which stated at 8pm. When we did get an evening meal it was lovely. We would probably look to stay closer to the town but we got what we paid for

Wonderful staff, excellent room, great food, easy parking. We have stayed twice and booked a third one already. Highly recommend this convenient, safe and welcoming hotel.

Plenty of parking. Only few minutes drive into town. Did find there was a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms but perhaps we just had extra loud people staying around us.

Noisy water pipes. Hollow rooms means a lot of noise Walls not insulated so hear next door and above. Hotel is dated and in need of a full refurbishment especially bedrooms and bathrooms. Disappointing

El desayuno estaba fatal, muchísima cola y faltaba platos y vasos para el café. así que la experiencia fue malísima, no recomiendo y no volveré a este hotel.

This was a repeat stay as this is our preferred hotel in Merida. Still excellent across the board. Recommended.

Hôtel hors de la ville mais vraiment proche et accessible rapidement. La piscine est top et le jardin très agréable . Bien sûr que nous recommandons sans hésitation

The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean with comfortable beds, breakfast was with a good variety and tasty and the hotel has a big parking place. A short 5-minute drive and you are in the center of Mérida, the hotel is just outside the city so the surroundings are quiet. Unfortunately, there was a negative part of our stay, the hotel is not soundproof to the interior corridors and adjacent rooms so we could hear everything very loud and clear, other guests closing their room doors guests talking in the hallways early in the morning, toilets being flushed, coughing, etc. which did not provide a good night's rest.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and actually made me feel welcome in general in terms of being a tourist in his city! The room was big, clean and comfy. I didn’t use the restaurant but it looked lively and popular. Would definitely stay again!
