Very good location near downtown Canmore and Spring Creek. Bedsheets are soft and comfortable. Good for the price.

A convenient location with beautiful views. Reception area was under construction, so cannot comment. Room lacks closets and bathroom vanity does not have space for personal items.

Great location. Hot tub was nice. Room had everything you’d need. Super convenient. Number 11 is a bit loud but ear plugs did the trick.

Best thing about this place is location. Step outside and you can walk the entire downtown area without getting in a car.

This hotel needs an upgrade. Also, no ice machine.

No ice machine on property nor did the tiny fridge have a freezer for my ice packs. When I called to inquire where the ice machine was or if they had a freezer to put my ice packs over night I was told I could bring them to their other property and use their freezer and get ice from their ice machine. I don’t feel I am a demanding guest at all but, when you pay the prices being charged in that area you expect to have an elevator to the upper room locations and basic things like ice or a freezer in your refrigerator. It was an ok place and we slept ok also. But because travelers need a place to rest that meets their needs I think there is room for improvement. When I requested a room with as few steps as possible I received a reply that they had us on the second floor (full flight of stairs for my husband and I at 65+ years of age with bad knees and my husbands bad back had to drag our bags) because they wanted us to enjoy the views of the lake and mountains. Did they hear me? The property was not full by any means - I don’t think we ever saw anyone utilizing the lower rooms either. I am being generous with the stars I gave them.

The location downtown was excellent! The hotel was modern & very clean. Hot tub was great and so was the staff. Would definitely return.

Beautiful location

The water in the shower took around 10 minutes to actually get luke warm, just annoying it took longer than usual. Hair on the carpet as well, not fully cleaned in my opinion

Although pricey, it was in the heart of Canmore and we could walk anywhere downtown. Lots of restaurants and shopping out your door, two minutes aqay.
