Super close to the metro station, the receptionist was very nice and the room was clean and cozy. But there was no free bottle water nor electric kettle.

房間整潔，服務態度良好，位置離地鐵相近，十分方便，空間剛好可以放兩箱子，不大不小。但不是每個房間都有浴缸，記得要特別要求！ 不過清潔人員沒有每天填充沐浴露，所以有點覺得他們都不夠認真。

Awesome hotel to stay the staff was excellent and helpful to all our need from where to visit to getting around the city by taxi ,bus or train. Awesome place to be and grocery stores near by 15 min to the center of the city easy access on bus. Thank for the hospitality

The staff really friendly, hotel conditions and cleanness excellent, food not so good we had a Claridge club sandwich… poor… doesn't match with hotel in general

共用部分やお部屋がとても清潔で清掃が行き届いていました。 またスタッフの方はどなたも皆親切で心地のよいサービスをしてくださいました。 立地は繁華街やアトーチャ駅からは少し距離はありますが、その分静かで良かったと思いました。駅は近いです。

スーツケースが壊れて困っていたらキッチンで使うラップをケースに巻いてくれて次の旅先まで無事行くことができました。とても助かりました。ありがとうございました。

La camera pulita e confortevole, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di pochi giorni a Madrid. Personale sempre cortese.Hotel vicino alla metro.

O quarto era confortável e o café da manhã excelente. O Hotel tem uma boa localização e uma boa estrutura.
