The room was not clean and there was a busg (cockroach) in the room.

Staff is great

I have been coming to Medellin for over 2 years now and this hotel is such a perfect location. Close to everything and in a safe area! Thank you to the staff for their hospitality.

The security in the strees have to be more strected , I was atac by somo grils and the stole me money . This are need to have more police and anty drugs under covers members.

Great place. Clean rooms and comfy beds. However it is in the middle of where the parties are. If you want a quiet night not the place for you. Other than that it’s awesome. Great bar on the roof with wonderful breakfast and great views. I do recommend.

Guest or visitor policy in 100000 pesos per visitor to room, even if they stay for 5 minutes. Its basically a "tourist" tax, even if you pay for double occupancy. If you plan on having friends visit you, do not stay at this hotel. Other than guest policy, everything else is decent.

Good area great price clean very nice 100% recommended

Extremely friendly staff. Well balanced complementary breakfast. Great location; Central to all of the pubs, restaurants and bars in the area. Plenty of police in the area have noticeably diminished the panhandlers from a few years ago. Easy to use UBER or INDRIVER from this location. Rooms are clean and odor free, hot water, A/C work flawlessly.

Excellent place to stay, near of very places of interest.

Bugs. Looked like baby roaches. Not a lot, but still. Lukewarm water. Water was never hot, and before 7 am only cold.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful neighborhood. The breakfast was better than average. Would definitely stay again.

Every employee was very attentive and helpful. Out of all the hotels I stayed at in Colombia. Hotel natura was the best!

No frills, no problems. This is a fine choice for budget travelers.
