Home feeling. Kitchen well equipped like home. Concierge services are excellent. we booked all tours and restaurant reservations before we arrived and everything is well handled.

Had a lovely stay at Cheval Knightsbridge. Fabulous location, wonderful cleaning staff and front desk. Great location. Close to public transportation and many of the local museums. Highly recommend staying here with kids!

Fantastic room and plenty of space

Great location. Clean. Close to buses and the underground. Close to Hyde Park. Comfortable beds. Good sized rooms. Went with my 2 daughters. Great to be together in one apartment vs 2 hotel rooms.

Went with my daughters for a celebration weekend. We had a visit. Nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Place was well equipped. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Nice area to relax. Would go back anytime

Is it a palace? Or luxurious flat? No it’s cheval place!!!and it’s way better than anything in London !!!the staff the property and the general manager are just amazing our stay in London was perfect mainly because of cheval place!!! Merci

This apartment was comfortable with excellent beds and a nicely stocked kitchen. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient with many coffee/bakery and restaurant options just steps away. Easy walk to Knightsbridge tube station and we had no issues getting taxis or Ubers within minutes. Easy walk to V&A and Natural History museums. The bathrooms both had surprisingly deep soaking bathtubs which were lovely. Would absolutely stay again.

Maybe one of the best locations. Right in the middle of all the shops. Apartment equipped with all the appliances, though my only suggestion would be to add pans. There were only pots.

The young staff at the desk were very polite, professional, and engaging. The flat was clean and offered all one would need for quick prep of food. The location is very good, especially if you enjoy the many museum in the area. It was a perfect location for us! The location of our particular flat was in a small side col-de-sac off of Brompton street. Not much of a view from the terrace, but the quiet it provides for sleeping is priceless!!! I recommend it! My only complaint was upon check-out. The front desk called ten minutes prior to check out to confirm our check out and to inform us repairmen would need access soon. Before we could vacate the property, they were at the door and and walked right in. How rude!! Would another 10 minutes to make sure we had vacated the space really have made a difference to the work schedule? If so, then the flat would have never been ready for the next 3 pm check in and the rush placed on us was unnecessary!!
