La chambre est simple mais bien. L’hôtel est idéalement situé. Un peu bruyant les fenêtres ouvertes.

Lovely hotel in a central location, very clean and safe. The personnel were polite and welcoming, making the stay comfortable. The beach and many nice restaurants are just around the corner, which made it perfect for both relaxing and exploring the area.

Schneeweiße Handtücher und Bettwäsche 👍Badezimmer war klein aber mit einem großen Unterschrank. Sehr zentrale Lage! Kein Transport gebraucht. Wir hatten 3 Fenster, gut isoliert. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Fantastic location in centre of Biarritz but that comes with parking challenges. Lovely hotel with art deco theme. Didn’t take breakfast as we thought it was expensive.

Centraal gelegen. Verouderd en kleine kamers.

Leider waren wir nur für eine Nacht in Biarritz, hätten es gut länger ausgehalten. Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen, die Zimmer sind herzlich und schön eingerichtet, das Personal sehr freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet mega lecker und umfangreich. Gerne wieder.

Wonderfull stab and nice food. Very thin walls so u heard everything from the room next to you. The AC struggled some as well.

It was a nice room and clean overall. Staff are also friendly. AC is also very strong which is needed during the European heatwave. The best thing about the hotel is the location which is in the centre and walkable to all the major attractions. However, the rooms are a little old fashioned and need some renovation. I also didn’t like the fact that the reception isn’t staffed between 9pm till the next morning. Between those hours you have to enter via the night entrance at the back - this is a little eery even at 10pm and stepping into the dark staircase. I wish I had known this beforehand. Overall okay experience, especially as I was only there for 1 night anyway.

Excellent séjour. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Emplacement parfait et belle vue. Je reviendrai sans hésitation.

Très propre. Emplacement idéal. Option parking est très pratique. Petit déjeuner varié, copieux et excellent.

There was a lack of staff, they were trying to cover both the bar/restaurant and the hotel reception desk. Every time we came to the desk we had to look around to find someone to help us. Otherwise, our room was the largest we have had.
