Buenas tardes, realmente la experiencia con Don Geovanny hotel, no fue agradable. 1. La habitación que había seleccionado, no fue la que nos dieron. 2. La habitación era claro que no estuvo preparada, no había toallas ni shampoo ni jabón y nosotros llegábamos viajando todo el día. 3. El hotel no tiene mantenimiento ni limpieza. 4. Cuando quisimos expresar nuestra opinión nos dijeron simplemente que había esa pieza y si es que no nos gustaba que nos fuéramos. Obviamente a esa hora de la noche no podíamos aventurarnos a salir. Por todo lo señalado a pesar de cancelado las dos noches, en la mañana le solicitamos al administrador del hotel que se nos reintegre el valor de la una noche y el señor nos señaló que a él todavía no le habían pagado y por tanto la gestión de reintegro de esa noche hay que hacerlo con Uds. por lo que solicito el reintegro del valor de la una noche de hospedaje. I hope a better room. It was different of the web page. The hotel was located in a good location. You have a lot of restaurants, markets and bank near the place

We arrived to town early in the morning on a bus from Ecuador. Fortunately, the hotel provides an option for early arrival. The room had ample space, and was provided with a desk and a balcony. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

USTDES DEJAN MUCHO QUE DESEAR COMO PAGINA DE RESERVAS, PAGUE POR UNA HABITACION CON VISTA AL MAR Y ME RESERVARON UNA HABITACIÓN DE MENOS PRECIO EN LA PARTE POSTERIOR DEL HOTEL, EXIJO QUE USTEDES HOTELS.COM ME DEVUELVAN LA DIFERENCIA TARIFARIA, CASO CONTRARIO ACUDIRE A INDECOPI.

Las personas que sirven en el desayuno deberian ser mas amables y el baño del primer piso no funciona estaba cerrado

television was not good....had to ask for help many times to turn the televiion on......rooms below standard....rooms not cleaned until late afternoon.....hotel not worth the price they charged for rooms and breakfast

El hotel esta super bien ubicado, la atencion regular, buen bar

The staff were so nice and accommodating! I loved the location in relation to restaurants, the Main Street, and the beach. The hotel restaurant had great food and drinks. Would definitely love to visit again!

Poca proactividad del personal para solucionar problemas tales como funcionamiento de friobar. Falta de mantenimiento en la pintura en las habitaciones.

Staff was awesome, very polite and kind... the rooms where clean and the place was safe

Personnel serviable et attentif dans les difficiles conditions physiques de l'établissement. Accueil mal assuré. Musiques techno très bruyantes et répétitives donc insupportables et se poursuivant jusqu'à 4 heures du matin Petit-déjeuners très chiches. Chambres propres mais sans climatiseurs. Belles vues sur le Pacifique. Mais l'autoroute " La Panamerica " à 80 mètres derrière l'hôtel. Le salon de repos n'est pas reposant ... En résumé : Hôtel qui a connu ses heures de gloire qui s'engouffrent aujourd'hui dans des mois de laisser-aller Un panneau "Se Vende" est accroché sur sa façade donnant sur l'océan. Donc deception ... Dommage. Les plages de MANCORA sont splendides heureusement.
