Ideale Lage, 50m zum Zentrum, super Aussicht vom Pool auf dem Dach, sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, in der Umgebung das beste Hotel. Der Pool ist nicht besonders groß, aber tolle Poolbar. Die Tiefgarage ist etwas klein bzw. eng,jedoch benötigt man kein Auto für die Stadt, ist alles zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Rooftop bar and pool were brilliant

We loved everything about the hotel! It was in a great location with a beautiful view! The service was exemplary and the rooms very clean. We also enjoyed the daily breakfast! We’ll be back!

Two night stay in early May. Lovely spacious and very clean room with excellent bathroom. Room was on first floor at the front of hotel overlooking the street, some noise but didn’t spoil our stay. It got rather hot during the day as it faced the sun so we kept the curtains closed when we were out. We found Italian air conditioning has restrictions so not sure how troublesome this would be in the summer as it couldn’t be set below low 20’s but room seemed quite a lot warmer than that because of the sun. Good central location, 5min walk to waterfront and bus station, lots of choice of restaurants nearby. Self service breakfast had a good selection of continental and some hot food. The pool whilst small, was lovely for a dip after a days sightseeing, with great views from the roof. We ate lunch there on our final day which was good. Plenty of tables and sunbeds available. Nice to have fluffy robes and slippers too. No late checkout was available on our last day but we had use of a luggage storage area and shower/changing room so worked out fine. The staff were, without exception, very polite and friendly. The best hotel on our trip by far.

Mysigt hotell som ligger fantastiskt vid Gardasjön. Trevlig personal, bra rum och ett fantastiskt pool område på taket där man såg ut över Gardasjön.

Fantastisk hotell med nydelig beliggenhet like ved Gardasjøen. Flott basseng på takterrassen. Bassenghåndkler er inkludert. Topp service. Parkering i underetasje mot betaling. Helt grei frokost. Det lille ekstra manglet, men helt ok. Kort spasertur ned til sjøen.

This is a nice, snall hotel wuth a really nice pool and bar on the roof if the hotel. The food we had in that barcwas very good indeed. However the choice of food in the restaurant for breakfast was not good. The scrambled eggs were hard and cold, the bacon was cold too. The room was small but adequate and very clean, with ample wardrobe and drawer space. All in all it is a very nice hotel with friendly staff and so convenient for restaurants, ferries and buses.
