The room is OK. Clean and tidy. The price is somewhat high and does not allow to have a senior citizen discount. There is no elevator. You have to use the stair going to 4thFloor. Wifi is bad. Parking is OK. Aircon is OK. T&B is OK. TV station is bad. Cannot access. Intercom is not working. Location is good. And staff is, as expected polite and friendly.

They doesn't recognize our booking for how many day. They even asking how much we pay. It ' s not proper. And even my sister phone they bring to management. Supposed to be they have the list. And they argue cause have new management. It ' s not acceptable for hospitality industry. For the place it ' s near from food and every where. But for service it ' s really not good at all.

Traveled with my friends. Everything was nice and smooth. The staff were friendly, the free breakfast was good. I was the only guest in the double-room yet they still provided another free breakfast so I ordered my regular rice meal and had pancakes for the extra meal. The location is so close to Roxas Night Market and we didn't have to go far to witness Kadayawan 2019's Floral Parade since Roxas/ Padre Faura street is the starting point of the parade. I will definitely book ALU Hotel when I come back to Davao City.

Great food, approachable staff, clean rooms and amazing location.

ALU Hotel is a basic hotel that could work out for you depending on your needs. Our stay with ALU Hotel was not really great, but it was not bad either. The location of the hotel was good and one can easily hail cabs outside. The building was not new, but the room we stayed in was well maintained - paint was fresh, nothing in the infrastructure needed repair or fixing.The hotel staff were nice, they accommodated our request for two extra pillows as well as for a pot of hot water to be sent up to the room. The room price was fair. The free breakfast served is convenient. Some cons were the limited cable channels and the small bathroom. If you have business to do near Roxas or the city center or want to be close to Ecoland in a no-frills hotel, ALU Hotel might just fit your needs.

The location of the hotel is good because it's very accessible to all establishments of the city! Staffs were all approachable and rate of the hotel is just right! Maybe they should work on with the aircon because it's kind of defective! And for the breakfast meal that they serve I think they should consider adding more menu para di po paulit ulit ang ulam! My entire stay here in this Hotel was good!!
