Hotel is modern and comfortable. Price is very reasonable and happy to stay in this relatively higher class hotel. But was surprised they charge still for the parking and at that time the top floors facilities are reconstruction so not available. They should accommodate the parking since they are missing some of the services.

安靜舒適，房間算大。

一切都很完美，除了WIFI速度跟穩定度不夠外。

位置方便，頂樓有大浴場。服務人員都很友善。 房間設施老舊，桌臺都裂開了。床頭沒有插頭可用很不方便。房間昏暗。 浴室中規中矩，洗澡蓮蓬頭水不大而且亂噴。

我喜歡： -酒店很新, 內外也很美觀 -雖然風呂面積不算大, 總比沒有的好 -職員的服務態度很好 -房間設計不錯 -酒店位置很方便,就在市中心 -泊車也算是方便 -有自助洗衣服務 我不喜歡： -房間的面積較我的預期狹窄 -風呂的面積也很細小, 比較狹窄, 多幾個人就很不方便

Bed and pillow are all comfortable to sleep Soundproofing was excellent Bit far from JR Sendai station, but the hotel near shopping street, so the 15mins walk was no boring at all Will stay here again when i visit Sendai

good location, a few minute walk from JR station, easy to find cafe' or food court, room is tidy and clean, high security room card, staff is helpful, check out is easy, just drop in the box. Highly recommended.

房間煙味非常濃。連住兩晚門口有貼了”不要打擾”, 但卻造成沒有人來更換毛巾、room service 糟糕, 非常傻眼!

JR 仙台駅行13分鐘 周圍很多食市， 著名牛舌元祖店就在隔一條街 購物及用餐方便 員工有禮

櫃檯人員很親切。 鬧區近，血拼買太多可以回去飯店放順便休息一下再戰。 大浴場水夠熱泡起來舒服，環境也乾淨，洗沐用品很好用。 有機會會想在入住！

房間舒適，早餐很精緻美味，頂樓有湯可以泡，位置離商店街非常近

地區方便，酒店設施尚可足夠，整體可以，房間較為細！

front desk 已有通知空調不能調較，如果凍可以借毛氈，如果熱可以借風扇，整晚熱到出汗，窗又不能開，就算借風扇吹出來都是熱風，想不到有什麼作用。除了這點不滿外其餘都OK。
