Excellent Hotel. Tbe parking in the underground deck could be better explained in the hotel guidlines

Very good hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful but there was quite a bit of street noise and the area near the hotel seemed a bit dodgy. Good selection of restaurants in the area and free breakfast was a nice inclusion

Great stay... pity about the parking!.. entered the car park ticket 30 euros then entered the ticket from reception.nothing was deducted, still charged 30 euros?. ..Didn't have time to go back & query why?. ...other than that the hotel was excellent.

Employees were great!

The room was very comfortable and well set-up. The bathroom and shower were excellent. There was an extensive breakfast that was available starting at 6:00, as we left fairly early every day. We were able to park on the street close to the hotel all 3 nights we stayed. It was a convenient location, easy to get to the highway, just across the river from the city of Caen and near several restaurants and stores.

Excellent value. Decor is IKEAish.

Clean hotel, walking distance to city centre, shame the parking underneath charged so much

We stayed two nights a week apart. Hotel is a few minutes walk fro train station and numerous restaurants. Trams station is right outside the door takes you to shopping as well as a shopping center in the same building.

We had a party of 12 and mini bus to park. Reception had cards all prepared for us so we could go straight to rooms without delay- despite being about 7pm and receptionist gave excellent map and guidance for free parking of mini bus. She also guided us to good restaurants in area Breakfast was also excellent Unbeatable service at the price Have stayed in hotels costing twice as much with half the result We will definetly use Isis again on our travels to France Thankyou

Parking is only covered for the night, at 6:00am the clock starts and you get charged by the hour. Staff could be a bit more friendly, especially the people working at the breakfast buffet. They were hard to find when needed help, and acted annoyed when asked for help.

Minimalist modern hotel close to tourist areas, we liked the excellent included breakfast, the modern decor and nice shower, but there is no phone, no safebox in the rooms (available at the lobby) no coffee, no closet space or drawers, no fridge and the heating/AC is central controlled and room was to hot for comfortable sleeping.

It was exceptional well organized and served.

Everything was wonderful except for the lack of reasonably priced parking. Don't think I would stay there again if we had a rental car... Restaurant options close by were great!

Ok for the money

This is a 3 star hotel and felt like it (i.e.no 4 or 5 features)- it was designed to be close to the train station although formally true it was still a serious walk to the actual station.

Modern hotel - clean, comfortable, informal. Handy for the station (but far enough away not to heat the trains) and the town. Staff all very pleasant and willing to help
