Great place to stay with small family.

Stay was nice and comfortable. Whitefield is quiet and leafy suburb. For the price,this place is superb. Shall come back

自炊をしたいので広いキッチン付のこのホテルは便利です。 今回は到着が遅くなり、アサインされた部屋がキッチン用品が備えられておらず、ベッドもリクエストと違いツインでシャワーの排水口にも問題がありましたが、1日我慢したらお部屋は変えて貰えました。 今までで6回ほど利用してますが、今回のようなことは初めてでいつも快適に過ごせています。

We loved our stay. The room was comfortable, the food in the restaurant downstairs was great. The service at the restaurant and room service was fast. My children loved the playground right outside the front door. My only complaints would be the ac does not get very cool, and you do not have access to a pool as advertised. It is advertised that Crest guests have access to the Prestige community pool and work out facility, but we were told by the manager you actually do not. This is too bad, since the hotel is on their property. It was really too cold to swim for us, so we enjoyed our stay, but probably won't go back in the summer. Their workout facility inside the Crest Executive Suites is more than adequate, you usually have it to yourself.

Good to stay as in serviced apartment, provided one is not dependent on their kitchen/ restaurant service. Very limited kitchen/restaurant service.

Cleanliness : very good, Hotel Staff : very courteous, Location : off the city, Campus - good. Restaurant - good and reasonably priced

From arriving until checking out impressive with the help and support. drinks were felivered quite shortly. restaurant very good too. definetely would go back
