The room was quiet and comfortable. I especially enjoy watching sunset from my window. Wifi was accessible everywhere within the building.

Very good in value. Free shuttle from airport. Very pleasant stay. But not much shopping around.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. They upgraded my room free of charge to have a better view for the night, since I was having surgery the next day

Its really scary walking in the front doors. Street people everywhere the smell is strong of sweat and cigarette smoke. People asking for money. Thank god you had active security.

Restaurants serve way below average food quality but the staff are friendly. Didn’t get the room I booked. Made reservations for 2 queens got a single bed suite instead for my family of 4. as my son was to have surgery at the attached hospital they offer discounts for those situations however I was informed it was unavailable because I booked through Expedia.

only booked because of the convenience. although when we checked in we had to get new bedding. red (blood) stain on sheets and blanket.

No signage to indicate that hotel parking is across the street. No secure spot to unload in front of the property. Adjacent to a methadone clinic. Room was decent size, clean with comfortable beds, but very sketchy from the outside

The loitering around the property was intimidating. Property had dirty hallways and my shower was dirty.

Did not at either restaurant, they have weird hours. So if I have to eat it in my room I'll order from pizza hut
