The young girl at the front desk was very nice. My family was in town for a funeral and she was very kind to my parents and the rest of our family as well. I forget her name but I believe she said she was from Buffalo and just started working there. Please pass along my appreciation for her kindness.

Felt safe and the staff helpful and friendly.

Great location. Service was absolutely phenomenal. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The problem belies with the cleanliness of the room. The first room was a king suite and smelled like pee so bad it made my eyes water. The front desk said they were not let rooms however the smell was overwhelming. The second room was almost as bad. The side tables had not been wiped down and the smell is horrible again. It actually made me take my inhaler and double allergy meds. This was also a non let room. They definitely need to take better care of the housekeeping issues including cleaning carpets!

The staff was very friendly, the room was excellent. They were very pet friendly for my shepherd. Was given a room on the first floor for easy accessibility for my pet. When our key cards didn't work the next day, the staff quickly fixed the issue. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Perfect for a quick trip to the lake!

My only complaint would be that they have zero USB charging ports in the room. Saw them available in the dining area the next morning but we were leaving so no time to charge electronics. If you are planning a stay here be sure to pack a charging block.

Very clean and comfortable room

The rooms are spacious and clean. The people working there are very friendly, and the breakfast each day is very good.

Amazing place. Probably the cleanest your going to find in 5 exits. All employees were wonderful. Pam the nreakfast attended was amazing to my 3 small kids. She made them feel so welcome even when it was overwhelming in there. 3 days she was there the kast day she wasnt and you could tell she makes ot breakes the mornings arpund there. Pool is big and clean. Room was in great condition parking was easy.

Dirty hotel

Clean safe place for a traveler to stay.

Superior breakfast. Pam was on it today, Saturday morning. She was extremely helpful, made bacon for those requesting it. Everything on the buffet was extremely good. Checkin a breeze as Amanda was super polite and friendly. Offering her help to all.

The room was spacious and clean. The window blind was broken and wouldn't open. Our Keurig was broken.

A perfectly nice HIE property with an excellent staff! Miranda at the front desk was a gem. She was exceptionally friendly and extremely helpful. All-in-all, it was exactly what you hope to find when you book a room like this. We've stayed here before this last trip and we'll definitely stay here again the next time we need a room in the area!

The property was quiet and convenient and the room was generously sized with a comfortable bed and convenient amenities i.e. coffee maker, iron and ironing board

The room and the hallway smelled extremely musty.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean and nicely appointed. Very convenient to I-75, but far enough away to eliminate sound from traffic.

Allows small pet

Our room was clean but toilet wouldn’t flush. They gave us a key to use a different room because maintenance wouldn’t be in until after checkout. Breakfast food was not good
