環境清幽，住宿環境十分安靜、乾淨，房間空間寬敞，位置很好，工作人員很友善也非常有禮貌。門口停車位可以免費停車，非常划算！

The hotel is an amazing example of using space wisely, however you can only access the hot tub with a spa session which is misleading considering it’s listed as an amenity on Hotels.com. There was also no staff at the front desk when we arrived so our illegally parked car was stressful while we waited 10 minutes for someone to check us in and let us know what the parking options were with the hotel. Room decor was very hip and the place had a great vibe.

Mooi hotel maar het was niet zo proper. Het was ook een probleem omdat we buiten wilden ontbijten. De deluxe kamer was zijn 140 euro niet waard en voor het ontbijt moest je nog eens 20 euro pp bijbetalen. Het vertrek was ook niet zoals het hoort. Koud en kil...

Une pépite dans le namurois. Le personnel est à l’écoute à la moindre demande quelle qu’elle soit. Le bar propose des boissons bien variées, et des cocktails bien imaginés, adaptés à toute saison. Au niveau des chambres, j’apprécie la variété des ambiances toutes différentes ; ça paraît bête, mais accéder à un minibar, une machine à café, c’est fort appréciable. L’Hôtel est très bien tenu, propre, et propose également une salle de sport bien équipée. L’accès Wellness comprenant un jacuzzi et même sauna est également un joli petit bijou ! Voyage d’affaires, weekend en amoureux, vous ne serez pas déçus !

Perfect location for The Flow, at 15 minutes walk away. Comfortable hotel with character and the staff were delightful. Good value for money.

What a find! Lovely, quirky place with enthusiastic staff. Some parking right there and big underground carpark with EV chargers not too far away. Right on the river with good access I to town. But we were too tired to leave the building for dinner, and that was great. Superb good choices and every tasted fantastic. Even if you weren't staying here, a great place for a quiet informal.meal.

The Royal Snail is a great boutique hotel on the outskirts of town but very walkable. Free parking outside the property. Rooms were spacious and all staff were happy to help. Breakfast was good - only cold buffet on display however hot items could be made on request which was great as they were fresh! I really appreciated the omelette and bacon which was cooked for me! Restaurant was lovely with great food. It was busy with few staff however we never felt like we were neglected and they made sure we had everything we needed. Good selection of wines and specialist gin with many tonic options. The spa is quite pricey but beautiful, very small but a high standard - treatments need to be booked in advance as external staff cons to do these. The gym is small and functional (TV was missing from wall when we were there). The pool is really tiny - it’s a plunge pool more for decoration - would be great to have some big fish in it as not really a functional pool! The bedrooms are nice with the best mini bar I’ve had for years! Huge super king bed. Beware that some bedrooms have only a glass screen between the bedroom and bathroom with no privacy screen! Ours had a separate bathroom which was fine (6th floor). The TV really needs upgraded in the room - specified SMART TV but wasn’t - usually freebies channels only, no internet to cast devices or watch Netflix etc. I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely return!

Ansprechende Unterkunft mit schönem Außenbereich!

This is a very nice and cosy boutique hôtel close the city center, at the bottom of the famous Citadelle. Rooms are very comfortable (decoration style is bold… you like it or not) and the real cherry on the cake is an excellent and affordable restaurant on site. Staff is super friendly and helpful. It was not my first time there and it won’t be the last.

Deuxième séjours dans cet hotel magnifique. Les chambres sont tres confortables et nous sommes tres bien places par rapport a la citadelle. Nous y retournerons volontiers

Calme et stylé.

The shower was cold as the boiler broke down. Reception said it was fixed and would work again which wasn't the case.

Hôtel de qualité très bien situé au pied de la citadelle et proche du casino. E n retrait du centre ville à 10' à pied, idéal pour visiter cette jolie ville de Namur Literie de qualité Bon petit déjeuner (pas eu le loisir de manger au restaurant) Seule fausse note: gestion du parking privé à revoir

Chambre ridiculement petite, une honte de loger des clients dans cette cage à poule. L'hotel gagnerait à supprimer ce type de chambre qui ne reflète pas l'ensemble générales de ce très belle hôtel.
