旅行全程唯一一家极度不满意的酒店，服务特别差，设施陈旧到不行，工作人员没有服务意识，屋里很潮湿，酒店打扫卫生也很差，大厅的电脑能见到霉斑。不知道加税500多人民币是怎么收费的....

Close to the airport and right on the beach. Spacious room. Mattress a bit too soft. Good buffet breakfast. A good choice for a stop over before exploring the rest of Sri Lanka.

Great position right in beach. Very attentive staff. Efficient room service and check in and out. Stayed in older part of hotel but great value for a Jetwing hotel.

Lovely hotel. Food was delicious, especially breakfast. All the staff were fabulous, from the pool, to the restaurant to the grounds people. So friendly and helpful.

Check in was smooth and staff were friendly. Room was very dated with a musty smell. Housekeeping trolley was left right outside room for the whole night. mosquitoes in room but staff were responsive in bringing repellant. Ordered room service and price was almost double when paying the bill because of added charges. Bathroom has picture window so not private at all because of small room size. Not a comfortable stay.

Sehr guter Empfang, Formalitäten werden entspannt und klimatisiert während des Welcome Drinks erledigt. Bett sehr bequem doch Zimmer sehr hellhörig.

Lovely spacious room with a beautiful sea view. Pool guard was extremely helpful sorting us beds. Food was lovely - had Christmas Day buffet. Great selection. Breakfast also quite extensive. Would recommend

Vi såg inget hav från rummet då det var palmer i vägen. Rummet var rent och stort, skön säng. ACn fungerade bra. Utmärkt service

A great property in Negombo. Unfortunately like most Jetwing properties in Negombo its slightly dated and tired looking. The staff make up for it though and are exceptional.
