Good

Very courteous staff. They accommodated our handicap issues with professionalism. The cleaning staff is extra friendly, a little over zealous, but nice and friendly to a fault. We will stay here again during the winter months because we did miss not having a pool during the month of June. Easy check in (less than 5 min) check out 30 seconds.

The room was ok, but the door had to be forced shut. No amenities, no coffeemaker in room, ice machine broken and no real concern for lack of ice. Just general apathy by the front desk

Great place to stay in Buffalo.. Hot Showers & Comfy Bed

Comfortable and quiet.

No sofa , only bed and 1 small chair

Exterior was run down. Interior was cheap. Bedding had stains. Shower didnt properly drain.

Check in host couldn't speak or understand English. Advertised breakfast and there was no breakfast.

The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating. She even did a check-in courtesy call to make sure we were still staying before we checked in. The Red Roof Inn was nicely renovated and very clean. It was a 2 night stay and we asked housekeeping to refresh our room. They did an excellent job! The mattresses even bed bug protection liners. Never saw a single bug in our room. At larger corporate hotels, I’ve seen ants and roaches. At this Red Roof Inn; not a one was seen in our room. So CLEAN! It was a very nice stay at a great price

Room didn't get cleaned on 5-3-25 so there was no clean towels to shower when we got back to room.

The rooms are renovated they look just like the pictures, I’m happy about that. Staff was pleasant and they offer truck parking which was perfect for me and it was quiet.

Property had plumbing issues.

We have stayed here several times and it hasn't been this dirty. We were told the bottom floor was sold out. Found out later that is not the case - there was water leaking EVERYWHERE. The property clerk had both doors locked when we arrived and didn't answer the phone. Also, our room didn't have a fire alarm - we could see where it was supposed to be, with the wires hanging out of the wall. Only 2 of the 4 light bulbs at sink/vanity area were working. We WILL NOT be staying here again.

Plenty of room for my dog to play

The rate that was given had to be from someone who has never stayed in a 4star plus Hotel. The bed was like sleeping on a bail of hay there was roaches crawling out of face bowl, the heater switch was broken and rattled all night and there was no lighting except for the bath area. If it had not been late I would have lef!! I spoke to the front when I was leaving and I was told all beds were the same and I’m sorry you had a bad night. NEVER AGAIN
