Spacious room.Good breakfast. Convenient location between train station and city center.

Well located, very easy to walk around. The rooms were clean and big. I also liked the breakfast. The staff were friendly as well.

Thé hotel is in a great location, not far from the station and just a short walk from the Hotel de la Ville and lots of cafes and restaurants. I doubt that the room I was given would be standard (long corridor two rooms) but even so it was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and the bed comfortable. Breakfast had everything you’d expect for a continental breakfast.

striking modern decor; very nice breakfast; excellent central location towels are skimpy and not worthy of this class of hotel. parking is below the hotel down a steep, curving ramp that demands caution! very convenient, but not for the faint-hearted or anyone with a large car.

All of the staff was wonderful and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good and the public spaces comfortable. The wifi was a little unreliable.

The reception desk staff is very helpful and friendly! And the breakfast staff in the morning was also very sweet and helpful!

This is a very modern, attractive hotel with large, well appointed rooms and stylish common spaces. The location is slightly outside the main flow of street traffic, but in less than 5 minutes you are in an area with lots of restaurants etc. And it was nice and quite, with good air conditioning, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The one issue we had was around parking. I had specifically chosen this hotel because it listed onsite parking in the same building as the hotel. We arrived in Poitiers after a very long day of driving, so I was quite distressed to be told the onsite parking was unavailable because of construction. It turned out that the alternative option (parking in the public Hotel de Ville parking lot) was very nearby, but it was actually quite hard to navigate to, since Poitiers streets are labyrinthine. Not what I needed at that point in the trip. It ended up being fine, and and I will note that that desk staff worked hard to try and help us. But a disappointment to not have an amenity that was a specific reason I had booked the hotel.

Very good stay at this Ibis styles, probably the best Ibis styles i have been to. Breakfast is good

Like the ibis styles brand but found this hotel lacked any character. Hotel and room were clean, service was ok, good location.

Very good location, free tea and coffee all day I'm the Lobby.

Online description incorrect - reception is staffed, so booking in sorted quickly. Friendly staff, and liked the bowl of sweets at reception, just right when I arrived very late. Would stay again and recommend to others

Good hotel, great location near downtown. Parking is a little hard to find. Unfortunately the AC wasn’t yet turned on and it was over 28°. Otherwise a pleasant stay.
