We stayed at this resort for the final stop on our honeymoon and the staff at the hotel treated us like royalty. The hotel was gorgeous, comfortable and clean. We truly cannot recommend staying here enough. The restaurant downstairs is also absolutely incredible and everyone is so kind and welcoming.

Excellent service, great dining options and room was spacious and well fitted. Window seats are great in the rooms for watching the bustle below.

It was great

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. The room is clean pleasant, and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Their cafe is a treasure, good food and excellent services. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely re-book this hotel if we return to Vienna.

It was absolutely wonderful. The room was fantastic. Had everything we need. So comfortable! The staff was so hospitable. I think the people really made it a favorite. I would absolutely stay here again.

I can not say enough about the staff here! All of the staff are amazing. Friendly & knowledgeable. They go out of their way to help u. The location is perfect. The hotel restaurant was amazing! Can not wait to return.

We had an amazing stay at The Guesthouse!! The hotel was in the perfect location, many shops & restaurants nearby. The room was clean, big, and comfy beds! Also, the bakery & restaurant downstairs was so good! We would stay here again.

This hotel offered excellent service right in the center of the inner city of Vienna. There were a number of Museums and other historic landmarks and buildings in very easy walking distance as well as shopping and dining. The hotel itself has an excellent restaurant as well. The hotel staff is also extremely friendly and helpful.

You look one way and you see the opera. You look the other way and you see Saint Stephen's. The Albertina is directly across the street. Lots of great restaurants and easy access to public transportation. The breakfast was delicious we ate there every morning and we're told by a Viennese acquaintance that it's very popular with the locals. He was right. Will be back.

Loved this hotel location. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff helpful. Restaurant excellent. The only negus the smell of the horses that park outside across the street. But I’m sure there isn’t anything you can do about that. We had a wonderful time in Vienna.

Great and friendly service. LOVED the welcome gift. Restaurant in the hotel was fantastic. Wakable to some main attractions and restaurants making it a great location.

Location was very central & convenient to major sites. We were able to walk to every site of interest but for Schönbrunn Palace, which was easy due to convenient access to the underground. Room was quiet though hotel is center of the city. Staff friendly & helpful. Two complimentary bottles of Viennese wines in the fridge was a nice touch. I recommend this establishment and would stay there again.
