There are some things need to improve: 1. The bed’s corners are sharp and easy to hurt legs; 2. Bar’s upper corner is sharp and easy to hurt head too; 3. The cleaning lady forgot to refill the tissue and hair wash every day.

太惊险了！现在我的心还在颤抖。事情是这样的:我们随便溜达到了新城区，由于买了很多水果饮料，就打算taxi回酒店。在taxi站，打了一辆黄色出租车——布拉格所有的正规出租车都是黄色的，看不出真假的差别。而且司机非常热情！问我们在布拉格呆的如何 开不开心，还教我们啤酒的捷克语怎么说。谁能想到他是骗子?上车后，我发现两个疑点，第一副驾驶有人，可能是他老婆。第二，没找到计价器。出于这两点，我基本确定自己坐了黑车。然后我马上打开穷游锦囊app查价格:起步40，每公里加20。谷歌地图显示我们大概是三公里。心里有数了。司机也没绕路，几分钟就到了.但是万万没想到，那个热情的司机要价2138克朗，约合人民币700元，还有零有整的。我反复和他确认，是200还是2000，没错，是2000克朗……这时，小诸葛上线了。我说我没带这么多钱，要回房间取，并把我朋友留在了车上。进了大堂我就向前台求救，问他们能不能帮我。当时如果不帮我，我还真不知道怎么办了…报警还是怎样，毕竟他们是本地人。幸运的是，前台小帅哥跟我出来了。并且告诉我，这个价格肯定是不对的。让我别害怕，他去搞定司机。我的天，这一刻，前台帅哥身高一米八！实际上，他可能有一米九……总之帅爆了！本人也真的很帅很帅！几分钟过后，前台小哥确定了价格，300克朗。七倍的差价……！！小哥和我说，司机是坏人，但是捷克也有很多好人。需要打车的时候可以通过前台，或者打电话，他会告诉我大概的价格的。我吓得不轻，但是非常感动地一直点头点头！恨不得把身上所有的钱都给他当小费。再次进大堂的时候所有客人都在看我，好像在问我到底怎样了，我比了一个OK的手势，感觉他们才松了口气。再次感谢前台小哥！这个在布拉格的一个小插曲让我非常感动！

重視細節和質感的內部設施,超棒的minibar和咖啡機及很舒適好躺的床和沙發。另外，交通便利，離地鐵和路面電車站很近，離商品街也不遠，走路可到。

Good service with very center of Vienna historic area. The hotel is very modern and cozy. It would be better if they can provide water boiler in the room.

We had an amazing 4-nHotel Gresham Palace in Budapest. The location is perfect with beautiful views of the Danube and easy access to everything. The hotel is elegant, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and the service is truly outstanding—friendly, professional, and attentive. One of the best luxury hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommended!

Mycket fräscht och mysigt hotell med centralt läge och nära avstånd till mycket. Mycket trevlig och serviceminded personal.

Location, location, location! The room was excellent and spacious. Mattresses are good but not excellent. Staff very friendly. Room is very clean. It does come with a free bar. The fridge was topped up on most accessions. Wine was not, soft drink and juice was. There is no kettle or ironing board in the room.
