飯店服務人員親切，位置適中，雖然不在最熱鬧的老城區，但是距離老城區不遠，也有直接到機場或是老城區的電車。房間雖然不大，但是卻也舒適。房間備品僅提供沐浴乳、洗髮精與身體乳液。早餐的部分也是中規中矩，不過對於續住的客人來說，早餐的菜色就是天天一樣了。飯店旁邊有個商場裡面有超市也有美食街，房間裡面沒有烹煮的地方，但是吃飯與購買一些民生必需品很方便。這次住宿是個不錯的經驗。

Our flight from Madrid to Porto arrived early in the morning and so we got to the hotel hours before the normal check-in time. Just when we were quite ready to put our luggages in their storage room but to our surprise, we were given a room already which was good to leave valuable stuff behind in the room's safe before we started exploring Porto. But maybe because we checked in so early of the day, we were given a room on 1st floor which was just above a restaurant on the ground floor. Fortunately, the customers weren't heavy drinkers and didn't make much noise in the evenings. So I had no problem falling asleep. The bed was huge. There was a mini fridge, cappuccino maker and complimentary chocolates. Although the cappuccino maker was no use to us because we preferred buying galao in the mornings nearby but I reckon the cappuccino maker and the separate shower cubicle were quite considerate. The only not-so-likable things about the hotel are the shower door where water drops from condensation after a shower could wet the floor and a mat couldn't be placed underneath the glass door to hold the drops because one could not open the door with any mat or even a thin cloth. And the sink was designed to be stylish rather than practical as water is easily splashed out unless the water is tuned down to just a thin line.

Chambre spacieuse propre et ménage quotidien Concernant le personnel : au restaurant très bon service mais à l’accueil certains membres ne disaient pas bonjour sauf La jeune femme qui parle français est juste exceptionnelle ! Je recommande cet hôtel de part sa situation (quartier avec beaucoup de commerces resto) mais très calme et bien fréquenté. Uber est très pratique pour se rendre au centre ville pour moins de 4€ inutile de s’embêter avec les transports en commun. Parking de l’hôtel sous sol à 12€/ jour ce qui n’est pas excessif par rapport aux autres hôtels.

La amabilidad del personal, la ubicación del hotel. Está conectado con un mercado gastronomico que da muchas opciones de restauración y ocio. El desayuno de calidad y variado. Al ser VIP, nos obsequiaron con una botella de vino de Oporto. Un diez para este hotel

Perfect spot in Porto near everything; bus, train, grocery stores, etc. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, food is good and you're only a 30 minute walk away from the centro.

The market with all the restaurants in the same building is very lovely. The Room was clean but we found someone else’s socks on the chair in the room… The breakfast had a few very burned / older pancakes & empty things . The rest was all good but because of these small things I reduced 1 star.

Really nice hotel, food court was excellent. Walkable distance from old and close to the airport. Would definitely return!

Staff were friendly. Nice room and breakfast was OK. It's not a large dining room and was quite busy. TV system was poor. Casting was complicated and did not work; so you won't be able to stream your Netflix or Prime.

Lovely hotel in a great location above a high end food market (prepared foods). Very close to Casa de Musica hall, metro, and bus stations. Wonderful staff and delicious breakfast. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Porto!

The hotel is clean and nicely decorated and the staff are friendly and very helpful. There is a large food court that can be accessed from the hotel with a large variety of different food choices. The food court was busy and quite noisy, but we were there on a Saturday night. We had a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant.

Tudo no hotel é bom,quarto,café da manhã,localização o rapaz brasileiro que me atendeu Altamir Júnior muito atencioso e educado.Se voltar ao Porto certamente será nesse hotel que me hospedarei.
