Wohnanlage macht sicheren Eindruck. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider Wohnung sehr laut, einmal direkt neben Bahngleis, Partyarea in ca. 500 m Entfernung am Strand- Musik sehr laut manchmal bis 4 Uhr morgens, Flugzeug Landeanflug / Flughafen Rimini direkt über Wohnung. Toll war die Lage Nähe Meer, Fahrräder zum kostenlosen Verleih, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, Hafen nah.

Checkin e checkout effettuabili solo durante gli orari di ufficio. Parcheggio non utilizzabile in quanto la rampa per accedervi è ripidissima e la mia auto toccava (è una tesla, non un’auto particolarmente bassa o sportiva)

Great stay, fantastic apartment really clean and as described and the resort has all you need for a good break. The staff were super helpful. The only downside is the outside of the buildings are looking very tired and the pool area needs updating

Non proprio una buona accoglienza, problemi in struttura con le porte che toccano il pavimento maniglia non fissate correttamente porta di d'ingresso che sbatte per chiudere radiatore bagno da verniciare box doccia senza Porta accessori TV in camera assente sbarra per il garage non funzionante come il garage che non sì e mai aperto ne usato

La struttura è comoda. Siamo stati bene. Mancava l'asciugatrice che invece è segnata in Expedia.

Being right between Misano and Católica makes the experience unique and full of options to enjoy beaches baths and restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the free hotel bicycles every day. The apartment was much nicer than what old reviews mentioned.The only issue was the bad surprise due to lack of notice from Wotif that the linen was not included in the price, which added a substantial extra cost to the stay and that the pool was already closed, again poorly stated in the Wotif ad and in the Wotif contract. The staff at Porto Verde explanation was clear, but it would had been perfect if these two things had been clearly stated by Wotif at the time of booking and pre paying.

Perfect place for a relaxed sun and beach type holiday in an area with shops and restaurants but not the crowds of a big resort. Very friendly and helpful reception. Possibility for direct bus to San Marino (bus stop outside the complex). Beach costs to visit (€20 per umbrella) but is safe and the water is clear. One slight annoyance was being forced to purchase a tight fitting (headache inducing) swimming cap to use the pool, but the pool was never crowded and. there was a life guard always present

Apartment is near by pool and beach.

The property is in a very nice community. We were there in the off season so most of was closed. The condo was comfortable, safe, and clean. The only point that was undesirable was that the bed was very uncomfortable.

Et skønt ophold i en dejlig lejlighed. Hyggeligt og roligt område. Meget hjælpsomt personale i receptionen.

Bin seit vielen Jahren wieder mal in Italien gewesen, ich war sehr überrascht von der Freundlichkeit. Das Apartment war sehr schön, sauber, die Klimaanlage war etwas laut und das Geschirr in der Küche war etwas spärlich, jedoch für uns genügte es, da wir nur das Frühstück zubereiteten. Ansonsten würde ich es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Hatte meine Ladestation meines ebikes im Zimmer vergessen, jedoch wird mir dieses jetzt zugeschickt. Das fand ich besonders kundenfreundlich

Picture is of residential apartments where you have access to the pool. This is not where you will stay. Accommodation 400m-750m away on the other side of the marina, backing on to the railway line. The trains run through the night. The interior also bears little resemblance to the photos. There are no pictures on the walls. No throws on the beds, no cushions on the sofa in fact no soft furnishings at all. You are advised at check in not to operate the different appliances at the same time to avoid tripping the electric! The buildings them selves look run down and in desperate need of a whitewash. The marketing of these apartments is so misleading. Three star at best. The service on reception was however very good and the bars and restaurants around the marina are excellent.

When I booked there was no mention of having to pay 10Euros a day for Air Con usage! The whole complex is in a great location but looks very run down and in need of a facelift.
