Smells funny cold

It’s a college dorm, clean but not overly comfortable, brick walls hard floors no coffee machine in room. It’s a bed at a low price.

Facilities were clean in the most part. Fridge had crumbs in the bottom, and drain in bathtub had a clog, so took 10-15 mins to drain. Fan in bathroom is noisy, and on a sensor, so you couldn’t turn it off… it would turn on in the middle of the night even if you didn’t turn on the light. Glass block ‘window’ in kitchen let light in from the hall all night… so bedroom door must be kept closed, or else you had a light shining on your face all night. Window blinds are not darkening, so be prepared to wake up with the sun. Minimal parking close by, so other option was to park down a steep hill (in the dark and pouring rain). Otherwise room was clean, linens freshly laundered, and bed quite comfortable. Nice lounge area on main floor with tv, pool table and video games. All in all, it was a clean place to sleep flr the price. It was worth the value, and a great option if you’re on a budget.

No A/C; had to bring bags upstairs; Not a fun spot.

Bedroom lock was not working properly I got trapped inside But caretaker came asap when I informed her and opened it for me. I had to sland a chair on the door all the time to keep the door not to get closed.

There was no signs to indicate where to register when driving up . This is a French college. Hardly no signage in English. . We walked many halls and found some students, where they showed us where to go. Got there and no one was in sight. Called the number on Expedia and it rang and rang across from me through the other side of the glass. Seen another review saying the bed felt like you were sleeping on a boxspring. We checked it out and turns out the bed was flipped over and reaked of urine. It was awful. Parking lot was full so we had to park down at an empty lot. Walked up a big hill with all our suitcases. Room smelled like cigarettes. This would be a nice college if grass was kept up. Price was right tho. Will not come here again.

Only 7 parking spots. It’s first come first park basis. If all spots are occupied, then parking is available downhill.

Clean, comfortable, convenient location, and very reasonably priced.

Exactly what our family of 4 needed at the right price. Laundry facilities, communal kitchen, a large place (common room) for the kids to play and watch TV at early hours in the morning and separate bedrooms so the adults can sleep :)

Still not super clear for directions on where the residence is. There is limited parking close to checkin. If you don’t mind climbing a hill to get to the entrance you’ll like the convenient price

Well booked this on Travelocity then discovered when I got there it was the Residence of the local College. The bed I'm pretty sure was actually just a box spring. Central Air for the entire place was just below my window. Absolutely no curtain on the shower, that was different lol. And of course students drunk out in the hall yelling until 3am.
