The mattress is very very soft which make my backbone Very uncomfortable and painful. I need to suffer this for 4 nights. If your room is facing the road, it will be very noisy and disturbance from the traffic even though you close the windows. Also, I feel “something” in the room. The lighting turn on in mid-night in the first night. In the second night, I hear some music, feels something step on me and then I try to scream but I cant.

飯店位置很好,離加泰隆尼亞廣場很近,往來機場巴士或outlet巴士站或地鐵站或購物完要回房間放戰利品都非常方便!飯店櫃台有迎賓飲料,服務很好,或不斷提醒有任何問題可以請他們服務! 但早餐有點貴!

凌晨两点咨询如何去药店？酒店的服务员一字一句的将我太太的生病症状翻译成西班牙文，写成纸条，并安排出租车，提醒司机一定要及时把我送回酒店。因为，我不懂英文，酒店值班的前台只有一个服务生，谢谢他。

酒店位置极佳，对面就有两条地铁，离机场大巴终点站也就几分钟路程。服务也不错，就是床有点小，洗手台在房间里。

Very good location

Very kind and wonderful service. We loved our stay and our room was quiet and clean. Everything was perfect and if we come to Barcelona again, we will stay here again. Highly recommend.

Ideally located in Plaça Urquinaona, the H10 hotel is well positioned for exploring Barcelona. However, the square can be quite noisy at night, particularly between around 4:30 and 6:30 am when revellers leave nearby bars, which may disturb light sleepers. The hotel’s design is stylish, and both the lobby and rooms are very well presented. Breakfast was pleasant, with friendly service, although the selection felt somewhat limited and could be improved. During our two-night stay (two adults and one child), housekeeping did not service our room unless requested, and by 15:30 it had still not been done. At check-in, we were not offered the advertised welcome drink, although the receptionist was courteous. Overall, the experience was average, especially considering the high price of around €450 per night.

The staff were so helpful and provided a great experience for me and my family. We wanted find local tourist attractions and they were so helpful telling us were to go and how to get there. The breakfast was good and there was a very good selection available. The front desk staff were very welcoming and very professional. I would definitely stay here again.

We had wonderful holidays with friends in your hotel. Very nice staff and we love that there is welcome water at disposition in the Hall. We love the candy too!!! Very nice hotel!
