Grand hôtel très propre, tous les équipements sont sur place. Chambre confortable et très propre. Petit déjeuner et repas sous forme de buffet varié et qualitatif Plage et centre ville à proximité.

Great place to stay!

Very welcoming Son and Mother host, amazing view , fantastic facility and extremely clean, all round great place to stay. I would strongly recommend staying here if you come to Sitia

Very unfriendly for non France people, although everyone speaks good English, everything is France orientated

A wonderful hotel. Great staff. The location and grounds are lovely. Pools are so perfectly maintained with plenty of sun chairs. We used the fitness center, which you can reserve. It has everything you need for a good workout. Seafront restaurants are a short walk away. The Cretan House was our favorite. Right on the harbor with impressive food. Also liked the easy parking. If you drive in Crete you know what that means. Our 4 night stay was a highlight of our 6 week trip around Crete. Highly recommend.

Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro di Sitia. Camere pulite ma con il bagno un po’ piccolo. Colazione nella media. Per un 5 stelle mi aspetto qualcosa di più.

Positiv: Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das leckere und abwechslungsreiche Essen sowie das freundliche Personal. Wir haben uns stets wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen großen Fernseher, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher. Es wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Wir haben immer direkt am Hotel einen Parkplatz gefunden. Negativ: Der Einstieg in die Dusche ist auch für uns schlanke Menschen recht schmal. Bei Ankunft hatten wir ca. 30 Mücken im Zimmer. Da wurde wohl bei der Reinigung die Tür offen stehen gelassen. Es gab im Bad Handtuchhaken, aber leider keine Schlaufen an den Handtüchern. Fazit: Alles in allem hatten wir trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten einen super Aufenthalt in dem Hotel.

Ho sggiornato 8 notti in questa struttura. I servizi offerti sono di ottima qualità. Piscine pulite, la più grande èservita da un pool-bar.. Tutto il personale è molto cortese, disponibile e sorridente

The food was pretty bad

Hôtel 5 étoiles qui assure. On n'est pas déçu. De notre chambre une belle vue mer, de l'espace et une terrasse. On a juste à traverser la route pour être sur la plage. Des transats et des parasols sont dispo. On est à 5 mn à pied du petit port et de ses activités. L'hôtel dispose de plusieurs grandes piscines. Le petit déjeuner est royal. Rapport qualité prix c'est parfait.

Great staff and awesome breakfast buffet. Location is great. The hotel room is a bit dated, but other than that it was good!

Sehr schöner Bungalow mit hervorragenden Frühstück

Hyvä hotelli kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Hotellissa oli samaan aikaan paljon ryhmäseurueita, mutta esim. uima-altaalta löytyi hyvin tilaa silti. Aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä ja kattava.

A very nice stay in a charming location. Sitia has an excellent beach and a bustling waterfront just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is good and the staff are extremely obliging.

Chatmantes Hotel, mit vielen Pools und Grün, köstliches und vielseitiges, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, schnelles WiFi. Das Hotel ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Zentrum von Sitia gelegen. Sehr ruhig, toller Blick auf die Bucht uns das Meer. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Jederzeit wieder!

This was an excellent hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. Spa offered luxurious and relaxing treatments which added to my overall holiday experience. I would recommend it to anybody looking for special Greek destination.
