一切都太好了！

The uxmal ruins were way better than the Chichén Itzá. The staff were very good. The best part was seeing the ruins from our window. We had room 321 and got to see the sunrise over the ruins. Absolutely beautiful!!! Would come again!

Nada que ver con las fotos que suben, el hotel es viejo, sin mantenimiento, si esta limpio en áreas comunes y habitaciones pero del balcón veías a otros balcones y había sopa ahí tirada ya con moho, pájaros muertos, chanclas ahí igual tiradas y con moho, la cama suuuuuper dura lo que le sigue!! Muy incómodos qué dormimos, las sábanas si limpias pero rotas, en verdad es una lástima que se publique como un hotel Resort y no lo sea. Lo único es su cocina es buena, la comida rica pero en vdd que nada que ver con el precio y las fotos que publican, en definitiva no regresaría ni lo.recomendaria.

Tolle Unterkunft - unschlagbare Nähe zu Chichén Itzá. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider hatte es keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, aber die Zimmer waren sehr gross. Ausserdem gab keinen Lift, das Personal half aber beim Koffer tragen. Unten hat es ein Restaurant bei welchem man gut Essen konnte

Pas de wifi dans les chambres malgré 3 antennes relais sur le toit ! Checkin trop tard à 15h, le site Maya fermant à 17h. Pas de services de transport.

Nada que ver el hotel con las fotos, todo terrible!!! La recepcionista Patricia una grosera. Sin wifi en las habitaciones, sin agua caliente. En fin no vale la pena lo que pagamos.

Nice big room, enormous balcony with view over the pool and the Piramide del adivino in the distance. The property though could do with a bar.

Great location, nice rooms, good dinner and breakfast. AC control was tricky and wifi non-existent in rooms. OK in the lobby.

The room was extremely outdated, as many others have mentioned. The whole property is not well maintained, which is quite sad because the pool area is comfortable and nice. The room itself is quite large and has a balcony, but there are only two chairs, no table and no patio furniture. What is the point of having a balcony if you can’t sit outside? The beds were comfortable, but that’s about it. There was no hot water at all, and despite complaining several times, the most we got was lukewarm water, which is not acceptable for a supposedly 4-star property. There were only two large towels for the three of us, no bath mat for the shower and no hand towel, which are very basic amenities. The staff was generally friendly, except for the woman at reception who was quite rude, as well as one of the waiters at the restaurant. The food we had at the restaurant was quite good and reasonably priced, but the whole atmosphere felt very awkward. The hotel seemed almost empty, there was no music in the restaurant, and it honestly felt like the hotel was about to close down.It is extremely sad because my mom had stayed at this hotel twice before, and we could clearly see how the lack of maintenance has led to its decline. To be honest, for the price we paid, we expected a much better experience.The pool, the restaurant staff and the beauty of the surroundings were good enough to somewhat make up for the disappointment, but we sincerely hope the hotel management takes action and renovates t

El hotel esta al lado de la ruta puuc y de uxmal y es mas economico que otros cercanos. El personal es agradable; el desayuno bueno y abundante; la cena que tome buena. Sin embargo la habitacion dejo mucho que desear, las instalaciones son viejas y hay que renovarlas. Las toallas huelen a secadora electricas y hace mucho que dejaron de ser blancas. Aunque para mi fue suficiente, el hotel necesita renovacion. No utlize piscina.
