Very good condition for the room overall and very good location

訂房時註明是在當地付款的，到達時說已經扣賬在信用卡上，不但不肯退到信用卡，態度還超級差，對我們呼喝，說用了信用卡登記就必定要用那張咭扣房費，那有這樣的道理，明明說好當地付款的，不知道是那裏出了問題，我們都準備好現金付房費了。位置理想，對面就是大超市，每天有人打掃，衛生程度滿意，就是態度超級惡劣

The house is nice, the rooms are on upper floor so you need to pick your baggage upstairs. There's only 1 washroom. The staff is nice & helpful. The location is convenient.

Convenient. A big supermarket around in a walking distance. On the whole it's good . Recommend for others.

走路的話不遠有超級市場，要找餐廳最好揸車，不過都是十分鐘內的車程

酒店設施齊全，可到對面大型超市買菜自煮，旁邊有24小時百貨，方便晚上散步娛樂，地點很好，由機場往來只要20min車程

所订的房型相当于motel rooms，房间里连个窗户都没有，非常暗，空间也小。预定时对房型没有明确的说明，感觉有欺骗的嫌疑。

I stay here for one night only with my family(6 people in total). It made me feel like home and was very comfortable! However the bedroom were quite gloomy that made my little brother scared.

We stayed in Elphin Villas for 2 days. The hotel is not in city centre but Lauceston is just a small city so 5-8 minutes drive will bring you to almost everywhere. Opposite the road is a big Coles and K-Mart so super convenient for buying needs and food for self-cooking. Room is comfort, clean and tidy; washroom is huge.

Fair price and clean room. but meet some unseen and unexplained experience. my 2 years old daughter felt uncomfortable and saw something I didnt see.

Supermarket is 2 mins walk from hotel. Second floor has no lift. But it can cook by yourself. There has enough car park in this hotel. My room package booked with Wifi but they said that i haven't. Overall, you may try 2 nights.
