Best sea in the island, calm with easy access to beach. Helpful and friendly staff. The most delicious food on the island at the tavern operated by the hotel

With had a room with private pool which was lovely. The room was a good size and had a lounge area which was also spacious, as was the patio. The staff were all delightful and always extremely helpful and did try to resolve issues when we pointed them out. Breakfast is a buffet and there was a huge choice which they kept well stocked and refilled quite quickly. The communal pool is lovely but seemed to hardly be used which was great for me. I also had a treatment at the spa which was expensive but very good. The beach is perfect with plenty of comfy beds, shade, and calm seas – it’s the best bit in the hotel. So why 4 and not 5 out of 5? I don’t expect to find black mold in the shower of a hotel of this standard. They cleaned it away but it should never have been there. Scuffed paintwork. Some instances of style over practicality – not enough places to hang towels where the hand basins are. Nowhere to dry wet beach towels. Light bulbs not working. Housekeeping or senior staff really need to regularly inspect for things like that. Would we stay there again? We would because of the location and beach, and because Patmos is charming.

Fantastic Hotel! Enjoyed it thoroughly! It was so convenient being able to have access to a beach and swimming pool. The breakfast was sensational!

The best part of the property was the staff - especially Manolis at the front desk.

This was the best place we stayed in all of our tour of Greece! Luxurious accommodations for an exceptional price. Every detail was thought through and well taken care of. Beautiful resort grounds. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a luxury resort. The pillows and comforter large and fluffy. The sheets very soft. The bathroom was large and well stocked with everything needed including 4 very large bath towels and 2 robes. The waterfall shower was wonderful. The staff was kind and showed excellent service. The restaurants have delicious food and wine as well as friendly service. The breakfast was freshly made with a delightful spread of many choices. Its located right on the beach, private with gorgeous views. Not too far from to the port. We loved the nice touch of the welcome letter with a tray of desserts and bottle of wine. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Spacious room had direct access to pool. Had nice beach and breakfast buffet included at least three, different kind of each item served (7 different kinds of honey!)

Absolutely stunning property! On the beach, well organized and extremely clean with a very good breakfast! Definitely plan on staying here again !

Lovely setting on a quiet gorgeous bay on Patmos island. A short taxi ride from the city but worth it. The suites look out upon the bay and offer fabulous views. Truly lovely place.

Loved the peaceful island and great hotel

Love that the hotel was by the waters. Lovely to swim in and had nice sun beds. Wait staffs at the beach were helpful. Nice restaurants just beside the hotel and a bus stop at its main entrance for quick ride to Skala port and Hora, for times when getting a taxi was an issue. We had a duplex with a private pool. Spatially it was lovely but the bathroom interior was quite tired with worn out tiles and timber floorboards in the shower area. The bathroom was not well vented thus reeked a bad odour. While in our suite, we spent most of our time at the private deck and pool area but sadly there were many big ants crawling that marred the experience slightly. Breakfast spread was meagre for a 5 star establishment. Staffs at front desk were not as friendly or welcoming which is unfortunate as they are the first people you greet on arrival hence we did not start with a good first impression on arrival. Overall it was a nice and memorable stay for its location and setting but not the best we have had for value, quality and service.

A must visit Island and a must stay property!!!!

Excellent Hotel

The location is superb, straight onto Grikos Bay beach. The room was spacious and well equipped. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We are already planning our next trip back
