J'ai réservé et payé en avance une chambre Junior Suite et j'ai été mise dans un chambre supérieure. Sans aucun dédommagement !

I was given the key to a room with people at midnight. Then told no more rooms despite confirmed reservation. Was let go in the street at midnight with no options! Staff barely speak any English. Run away from this place!!

bon hotel. calme confortable. LEs chambres ne disposent pas de frigo ni de micro ondes. La télé ne donne pas acces aux chaines du cable type canal+, eurosport, bein...

Toujours agréable cet hôtel et bien placé. Je regrette la dispo des boissons chaudes et café dans la chambre, tout comme la bouteille d’eau !

Rien d'exceptionnel et trop cher pour une chambre avec une seul serviette de bain. Réveillez en pleine nuit par des bruits de couloir.

Un hôtel très agréable avec un petit-déjeuner au prix prohibitif : dommage. De plus absence d'eau chaude pour la douche du matin, heureusement nous sommes encore en été et la température actuelle nous laisse supporter ce désagrément

Me parece una buena opción para hospedarse. La relación precio y calidad es buena. Un poco retirado del centro de París pero en tren llegas en 15 minutos. El cuarto es amplio y limpio. La zona es muy segura y tranquila.

We were able to check-in 4 hours earlier after a long flight fr9m Canada. Very friendly and curious staff.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever been to and I travel a lot. We had to change rooms twice: first room had filthy bed sheets with bits of hair all over, the second room had air conditioning problems and even the third room we settled in had the sink 70% blocked and despite my numerous complaints no one attended to this issue. At this point we gave up on changing rooms as it seems all rooms in this hotel have one or more problems . The limited toiletries were never updated daily or the coffee or toilet rolls unless you asked. The is no management at all in this hotel and if there is,it is very much incompetent and does not care.This hotel left us very disappointed with our Paris trip. We were refunded one night after many complaints, but this has in no way compensated us for a 5 day ruined holiday.
