clean and tidy room

这家酒店的卫生状况非常不好，我们办理入住的时候，发现房间里的卫生还没打扫好，房间甚至还没准备好。而当时的时间已经是晚上21点了。房间里的各种卫生问题，我们拍了很多图片，比如床单不平整。座椅上的污渍，很脏的烧水壶，毛巾发黄，沙发的缝隙里有纸片，假窗户，打开窗户外面是一堵墙，早餐厅的勺子很脏等等。

All the hood reviews are either paid or the hotel created accounts to generate reviews. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL unless you are really really looking for the cheapest option, and I would say even then its not worth. Upon check in we noticed the hotel is not air conditioned. The lobby was hot but we thought its due to the heat warning or something. Then when we got to our room, we noticed the room was increasingly hot too. Then we thought we would cool off in the shower, only to find there is no water. We had breakfast included. If you have options to not include breakfast please do so. Because although they say breakfast is until 10.30, by 9 am the hotel stuff remove all items. If you by chance arrive afterwards they would give you hand out if small food like a plate of egg or 1/2 butters. We arrived much earlier the next day and realised its not about when you arrive, its just that they would hide food. Coffee machines availability are chosen. The machines was finely working yesterday and the next day they would put a poster that its broken. Whether its really broken or not, they should have made coffee available because we paid for it right. In the room, we booked for a queen bed. Instead they gave us a double bed, and a broken folded bed with sharp edges sticking out. My husband had a scratch from that sharp iron edge. Overall, awful experience.

Arrived at 10pm due to traffic so contacted ahead as check in closes at 8pm which is very early, receptionist was helpful and said she would wait. Asked for a cot in the room which was not there so went to ask and they brought up a small baby crib which was far too small. We used the sofa bed which does not actually fit when pulled out without moving the office chair. We had to put the chair blocking the front door as there is nowhere else for it. There was a cockroach looking bug in the bathroom. No bodywash in the shower dispenser. The plug sockets are shaped so you cannot use an adapter and the usb and usbc and wireless charger holes all didnt work. The AC every 5 minutes made a very annoying loud noice. I would have complained to a staff member but this appears to be a customer run hotel with no staff...

No communication though this is not self service check in. The staff is planned 1 pm to 10 pm. There is no way to contact outside these hours. Rooms are super small with cheap furniture and decor. Breakfast was pretty bad. Bring your own toiletries.

extrem kleines zimmer (14-15 m2) für 2 pers. mit gepäck. das bett mit 1.40 breite ungeeignet für 2 erwachsen, sofa wurde zum bett umfunktioniert mit dem resultat, dass man keinen sitzplatz mehr hatte und nicht mehr zum schreibtisch kam; somit war das zimmer voll, keine bewegungsmöglichkeit mehr. das bad / wc auch im mini-format. wc-deckel kaputt, genauso wie die sicherungskette der zimmertür. zudem mag ich keine langen haare von früheren gästen…! hat auch nirgendwo haken oder möglickeiten, nasse hand- und duschtücher aufzuhängen. das frühstück war okay, hat aber keinen vom hocker gerissen; ebenfalls sehr eng. für bloss 1 nacht war‘s zumutbar, der preis war okay. garagenplatz kostete fr. 20.-

Il y avait un groupe asiatique à l’hôtel, résultat du riz au petit déjeuner et c’est tout, le reste inexistant. Au check in nous avons convenu d’une facture de séjour par mail, j’ai bien reçu une facture mais avec un QR Code pour payer cette facture alors que j’avais déjà payé au Check in. À ce jour c’est à dire une semaine plus tard, je n’ai toujours pas eu de correction et la comptabilité de mon employeur refuse de me rembourser, double peine. J’ai déjà eu des soucis de facturation avec cet hôtel dans le passé, c’est pour cette raison que je n’irai plus jamais dans cet établissement.

Personnel sympathique

Fresh breakfast. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Staff make sure rooms are clean and well kept.

Staff don’t speak basic English, reception staff do speak english, but others they dont. Breakfast is very limited, the same menu everyday, Reception staff very friendly and helpful

Equipe maravilhosa, em especial a Kaia, que me atendeu super bem, mesmo eu nao falando absolutamente nada de ingles, a mesma fez de tudo para nos entender usando google tradutor. Chegamos a noite, e mesmo com o restaurante fechado, ela nos preparou uma pizza. Café da manha na medida. Achei o hotel silencioso e com uma otima localização, ao lado de um mercado grande COOP. Quarto bem arrumado. O hotel pessoalmente é melhor que nas imagens.
