Although one of my friend couldn’t make it to the trip at the last minute. The hotel still got our room upgraded to deluxe room.excellent service

Clean and cosy hotel, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast. Just one minor issue about the air-conditioning which switched off automatically when the balcony window was opened temporarily.

房间很小，酒店距离火车站有点远，步行十五分钟左右，不是太好找。不过很喜欢酒店的小院子。

选择的风景房，去了分了一间什么也不是的房间，感觉受骗的感觉花了150欧，不过房间干净整齐，服务态度也很好，免费早餐也很丰富

非常好的酒店。地址我们非常喜欢，虽然没有直接在沙滩旁边，但是离得也不远。晚上很安静，房内设施很好很干净，餐厅的早点还不错，工作人员也很有耐心的帮助我们查找各种路线。安静舒适的环境让我们在下次出发前好好的休息休息，放松放松。

酒店离Monterosso火车站大概1公里左右的位置，穿过隧道走一段就到了，位于镇上的另一端；小镇靠海边，夏季沙滩游泳的人非常多，夜晚海风很凉爽，房间很简朴，没有空调，估计镇上住宿条件大抵都是如此；前台服务人员态度很好，早餐很赞，院落布置很温馨。

所處地段與佈置甚為別緻舒適,早餐美味,服務亦好!

酒店是新装修的，条件不错，价格不低，所有的东西都不错。

Good breakfast and service, but, the room and toilet is small, also, It is far from train satation.

It's very fair price to stay and very comfortable room. Although its share bathroom with 2 to 3 rooms, but its still very clean and tidy. But its a bit difficult to find, and its quite far away from train station. It takes around 20-25 mins walk to the monterosso station.

Wonderful property!! Clean, great staff, decorated beautifully and gorgeous, walkable beach town. Definitely choose this hotel!

Clean but small room, good water pressure, friendly staff and great breakfast included. Also offered to store luggage for the day and included towels to bring down to the beach on request.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a good spot near all the restaurants and shopping. The rooms are large with enough space for your bags. The interiors of the rooms are modern and up-to-date. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Nice hotel, somewhat of a hike from the train station. Room was very small. To keep the lights on you have to insert hotel key, the bathroom light stays on when we did that so we pulled the key to sleep but them none of the plugs worked so nothing charged overnight. Staff was very kind! Nice breakfast with price of our room.

Good location. Tricky to find for first time. Close to Resturants and shopping. Rooms are modern. Not overall big but adequate.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is right in the heart of things without being noisy at night.

Great staff, Patricia was great! Very convenient, close to everything. Ask Patricia for restaurants in the area, she gave us great restaurants to try. The room I chose a room was extremely small but it was clean. The room looked bigger on the pics. FYI: you cannot park in Monterosso, so there is a parking lot about 1/2 mile from hotel or less. You have to carry your luggage to hotel and the hotel has no elevator. But had a great time is it centrally located.

We really enjoyed morning breakfast and coffee outside with a beautiful view.
