Although one of my friend couldn’t make it to the trip at the last minute. The hotel still got our room upgraded to deluxe room.excellent service

Clean and cosy hotel, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast. Just one minor issue about the air-conditioning which switched off automatically when the balcony window was opened temporarily.

房间很小，酒店距离火车站有点远，步行十五分钟左右，不是太好找。不过很喜欢酒店的小院子。

选择的风景房，去了分了一间什么也不是的房间，感觉受骗的感觉花了150欧，不过房间干净整齐，服务态度也很好，免费早餐也很丰富

非常好的酒店。地址我们非常喜欢，虽然没有直接在沙滩旁边，但是离得也不远。晚上很安静，房内设施很好很干净，餐厅的早点还不错，工作人员也很有耐心的帮助我们查找各种路线。安静舒适的环境让我们在下次出发前好好的休息休息，放松放松。

酒店离Monterosso火车站大概1公里左右的位置，穿过隧道走一段就到了，位于镇上的另一端；小镇靠海边，夏季沙滩游泳的人非常多，夜晚海风很凉爽，房间很简朴，没有空调，估计镇上住宿条件大抵都是如此；前台服务人员态度很好，早餐很赞，院落布置很温馨。

所處地段與佈置甚為別緻舒適,早餐美味,服務亦好!

All ok..staff friendly .a bit pricey at 200 euros per night for 2 star hotel but it is what it is

There were not many amenities, but the hotel was a nice place, a bit hard to find. Our only issue is that they only give one room key and you need the room key to use the lights and ac. So when we left, our ac was not on and it was hot! They would not give us another room key to keep the ac on.

Lite rom første natten, men veldig godt renhold og seng. Frokosten var utrolig bra med mulighet til å spise i hagen, vi booket en natt til! Flott beliggenhet midt i Monterosso

Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Allt var rent och fräscht. Det fanns en mysig liten trädgård att sitta i och frukosten hade allt man kan önska sig. Vi kommer absolut återvändo

The hotel is nice and convenient. The breakfast was excellent. The staff person Greta was fantastic. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. The coffee for breakfast the only thing that could improve

This hotel was very nice and cute. Staff was very friendly and took great care. Breakfast had many choices and breakfast staff was very helpful. Only issue is there are no elevators. Carrying heavy suitcases can be a major hassle. Luckily the staff helped us with that but without staff it is very difficult to carry up 3 flight of stairs

I would stay here again in a second. Anyone planning on staying in Monterosso should take the terrain into consideration, especially those that can’t do stairs or hills. That being said, this property is in a great location within 100 ft of the Main Street on the Fegina side of town. I can’t wait to come back! So quaint and charming, just like the town in sits in.
