Bom atendimento e equipe solicita. Gostaria de deixar meu elogio aí colaborador Manolo, parabéns pelo seu trabalho.

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo recepcionista Lucas. Quarto amplo e confortável. Possui um bom café da manhã. Só achei ruim a localização, que fica perto de uma praça onde há muito morador de rua e não fica perto de metrô.

I love the staff and the quietness

Local sujo, quarto fedendo a mofo, banheiro imundo e sujo, toalhas fedendo , roupa de cama manchada e partes furadas . Nós cantos do quarto sujo , chão cheio de poeira tentei falar por telefone no quarto ninguém atendeu. Café da manhã fraco e exposto sem nada para tampar, mesas sujas , atendimento péssimo.

Todo en general fue muy buenos...habitación, desayuno, recepción, en fin todo fue muy bueno

Foi uma estadias muito boa ,cafe da manha bom porém podia ter mais variações mais tudo muito bom,unica coisa que mais pegou foi o ar condicionado nao funcionar certo entao passamos um pouco de calor mais fora isso tudo muito bom atendimento perfeito

The service was excellent, and most of the staff spoke English or Spanish in addition to Portuguese. We arrived several hours before check-in, but the hotel offered luggage storage, allowing us to drop off our bags and explore the area. Its location is convenient, just 15-20 minutes from the main tourist attractions. Security is present 24/7 outside the hotel, which added to the sense of safety. The rooftop bar was a great spot to unwind, offering reasonably priced drinks and a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast each morning had a wide variety of delicious options. The AC in the room worked well and kept the space comfortably cool. Some staff can arrange taxis at fixed rates, helping you avoid the common scams from regular taxi drivers, which was a huge plus. Make sure to bring wall plug adapters for your electronics, as the outlets are different than in the U.S.

Tudo muito bom, funcionários bem educados e prestativos, mas o hotel fica numa região onde não nos sentimos muito a vontade para caminhar.

Sou idoso e me disponibilizaram um quarto onde tinha que subir escadas, em nenhum momento da reserva obtive a informação que pra chegar no quarto teria que subir escadas.

A great hotel. It was in excellent condition - either fairly new or recently renovated.

Located close to Sambadrome. Streets in this area smell of urine and homeless.

Enjoyed the simple dining options nearby. Room service was used otherwise

My favorite part of my stay was the hotel staff. They truly had guest comfort and safety in mind.
