This a fantastic located hotel only 3 stops on metro from eurostar metro 5, Very clean SUPERB shower All staff were helpful and friendly i loved all day coffee tea hot choc, with cake complimentary. 4 star for breakfast as eggs were cold and as i like my sweet pastry’s i would like a better selection but that’s my sweet tooth not on hotel. Absolutely buzzing area and spoiled for choice with restaurants bars and markets Would definitely stay again and definitely go back to stay in this area if we decided on different hotel but would we. Thank you Hôtel Fabric

Great Buffet Breakfast!

Quick check in. 24 hr free coffee, tea and water. Clean rooms. Gym is small (treadmill, bike, stepper, stall bar/ladder, some free weights) and very warm…could use a wall mounted fan. Excellent breakfast! Polite and helpful staff. Would stay again.

Perfect place to stay. Quiet, comfortable, amazing service. Location is superb too. This place deserved its extraordinary rating.

Bra personal, gemytligt

Everything was perfect! This is my second time staying at Hôtel Fabric and it won't be the last! The breakfast is delicious and fresh, the room service tasty, the rooms clean, and the bathtub SOOOOO deep. The location is excellent and the staff is great. What a treat of a hotel :)

A must stay in Paris. Wow!

Bel accueil, le lobby est magnifique et le personnel avenant , la chambre confortable, quartier calme et suffisamment de bons restaurants dans les environs.

They went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. They helped us celebrate our anniversary. The location was perfect. Easy to walk to several food places, metro, etc.

What a wonderful boutique hotel! I wish I could have stayed longer. It’s in a great location, nice and quiet and the room was lovely. The staff were very attentive and welcoming. I will definitely stay again if I have the opportunity!

A very stylish boutique hotel in a great location and with excellent public transport links. The contemporary rooms with high ceilings were designed with both flair and an attention to detail and the daily housekeeping was excellent. All the staff were very professional, helpful and engaging and seemed to take great pride in their work, the hotel and the city. The good breakfast buffet, the generous free coffee/tea available 24/7 and the small honesty bar in the evening rounded off a great 6 nights stay in Paris.

We loved Hotel Fabric and would recommend to anyone! The staff and services were excellent and very personalized. We loved the location which is slightly residential, near lots of cool restaurants and bars but not congested with tourists. It is also very close to multiple metro stations and walking distance to other sites. The coffee in the lobby was very convenient and the rooms were perfectly comfortable, with a great sized bathroom which you don’t always get in a city.
