First day in, hotel elevator broken. Our room is located on the 4th floor whew! When we got in, I think the cleaning service forgot to give us the basic amenities such as free water, tea, coffee sachet. toothbrush, bath towel (they only gave us face towel) which me and my sister doesn't realize it until late night we wanna take a bath. But thankfully second day it's all normal. Except the toothbrush because they ran out of it. We went for the nearby pharmacy and buy our own The rest is fine, love the receptionist. They all are very helpful (and honest!) the plus point that makes me happy are them. Love the breakfast too, not much variations but still loving it.
