Great experience

The two women at the front desk were absolutely fabulous and tried their best to accommodate however, the first room we were assigned there were unsupervised children running up and down the hallways banging on doors. It was very noisy and parents partying in the hallway. After I made a complaint, the ladies were kind enough to change my room, but unfortunately, the sheets in the new room did not appear to be clean, and there was what looked to be a blood stain.

Went to Dining room for a beer and was told they had no alcohol. Room was great but wanted a beer after work.

Quick and easy

We are a the attached Journey’s restaurant and the food and service were amazing! I have Ackee fish and plantain with carnival (type of doughnut like dumpling). I’d never had it before and it was delicious. There were edible flower petals on the border of the plate and a tomato cut to look like a flower. Courtney, the owner, was super kind and courteous. We had a wonderful experience here.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a couple bugs in our room and also in the restaurant. The room was clean otherwise.

Front desk staff was very nice. Check in was easy. Room was nice and clean, comfy bed.

Very nice and welcoming staff. The faucet in my room was dripping, they changed my room as soon as i reported it. Room was super clean, well equipped. Housekeeping was great. Easy free parking. Multiple restaurants around. Very close to Highway 401 and the Go station.

Clean room and friendly staff. The room was perfect for a quick weekend trip to see family in the area. The bed was a little uncomfortable in spots but otherwise a good place.
