Spacious room, friendly and helpful staff and excellent service!

位於市中心的連鎖旅館,優點是位置良好,距離廣場近,員工有一定素質,Email詢問回覆快速,且入住時會確認你曾問過的事項,但缺點是房間十分小且無電梯,如攜帶大行李者需要三思,早餐普通,十點須checkout。

飯店的設備很有當地的風情也很乾淨，飯店的工作人員很熱心，由於剛到高海拔地區而有高山症狀況，飯店有提供氧氣給住客使用，也會幫忙請醫生來看診。

員工態度友善, 地方整潔, 房間舒適, 距離市中心很近, 步行不遠就可到, 附近亦有很多餐廳及商店,

Pati at the front desk reception was very helpful several times. She helped me twice with airport transportation, recommended two very good restaurants and also helped me organize a daylong private car/driver.

Great location for early tour picks up. Walking distance to plaza de armas. Everything is nearby. Breakfast was awesome with made to order options. Customer service oriented. Free filtered water too.

The hotel was historic and beautiful, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff were patient, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. After returning from Rainbow Mountain, I needed oxygen due to the altitude, and their response was immediate, discreet, and compassionate, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, and we loved being able to order exactly what we wanted each morning. The only downside was the lack of an elevator; however, the front desk gentleman kindly assisted us with our luggage to the third floor, which made a big difference.

I would definitely recommend Tierra Viva Centro Cusco. The rooms, the staff, the service everything was of the highest standard. The staff were on hand 24/7 to help out with everything you needed. They were able to give us an early check in and we were leaving to go on a trek in the early hours they had a breakfast care package ready for us. The hotel was also central to everything. The hotel and service was do good we booked to return after our trek, where everything was again 10/10
