Spacious room, friendly and helpful staff and excellent service!

位於市中心的連鎖旅館,優點是位置良好,距離廣場近,員工有一定素質,Email詢問回覆快速,且入住時會確認你曾問過的事項,但缺點是房間十分小且無電梯,如攜帶大行李者需要三思,早餐普通,十點須checkout。

飯店的設備很有當地的風情也很乾淨，飯店的工作人員很熱心，由於剛到高海拔地區而有高山症狀況，飯店有提供氧氣給住客使用，也會幫忙請醫生來看診。

員工態度友善, 地方整潔, 房間舒適, 距離市中心很近, 步行不遠就可到, 附近亦有很多餐廳及商店,

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and we had an excellent time Our room was large, spacious and clean. My favorite part was definitely the bed. It was so comfortable that we looked forward to coming back and resting in it each night. The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to the main attractions such as the market and the main square. Breakfast was good as well. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Só tenho elogios a fazer ao Tierra Viva! Quarto excelente, limpo, grande ! A equipe de funcionários extremamente atenciosos e gentis! A funcionária Patricia estava sempre pronta para nos atender da melhor forma possível ! O cafe da manha estava delicioso e variado( as panquecas eram divinas!!) A localização perfeita proxima aos principais pontos! Voltaria com certeza

They made us a box lunch because we had to get a cab before they served breakfast. The room was really warm and when we asked to send someone to fix it, he didn’t show up.

The Hotel ws fine, the staff was fine. We have experienced to disagreement : 1. We asked for an airplane shuttle, thinking it would be included, but they offered to call for a taxi. 2. We experienced a very noisy surrounding particularly at night (friday); there seems to have a night club just beside. We started sleeping at 3AM and woke up at 4AM to take our plane. Not the best night.

中心地であれば歩いてどこでも行けるし、メインの観光スポットを徒歩で回って、疲れたら休みにも戻りやすい。 フロントのスタッフも皆感じ良く、質問や依頼にも快く対応してくれた。また泊まりたい。
