The hotel location is near Gotemba train station and bus terminal. First experience stay with Japanese traditional bedroom (futon), really excited. The hotel view is great, when we got breakfast we can see Fuji Mt. (even the breakfast menu is very good).

the hotel was about 5-10 min walk from Gotemba station, hch was great. we didn't arrive until late at night, around 10 PM. check in was easy. traditional room was as advertised, quite spacious. came with a few amenities, such as water pot, hair dryer, a mini fridge which was nice. a few spots on the futon and blanket but still okay. the only problem was the lever on the toilet was broken. tried reporting to front office, but they brushed it off saying that's it would take some time to refill the water. in reality, it went on until the morning. the noise it made didn't bother us, but what a waste of water. breakfast was good. pretty decent choices. the curry was good, but only had potatoes in it. overall, a good stay and would consider staying again. 🇯🇵🇲🇨

Saya pesan non smoking room tapi kamar saya bau rokok, untuk kebersihannya menurut saya juga kurang karena di balik sprei saya lihat ada noda merah. Untungnya saya hanya 1 malam di sini.

Hotel dekat dengan stasiun gotemba hanya berjalan kaki bisa dijangkau, tinggal naik free bus ke gotemba premium outlet. Ketika kami menginap bulan april pas datang hujan salju, pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan.

Tempatnya dekat dengan stasiun Gotemba. Dekat dengan tempat makan, supermarket. Tempatnya nyaman, pemandangannya bagus. Pesan lewat online mudah. Cuma perlu ditambahkan menu data yang menginap, misal dewasa dan anak.

Hotel kecil yang sangat recommended, tidak jauh dari stasiun, kami memilih kamar model ryokan yang menggunakan futon, cukup nyaman, akan kesini lagi.

Letak hotel sangat strategis, 5 menit jalan kaki dari stasiun gotemba, ukuran kamar luas, nyaman sekali dengan tipe tatami, fasilitas kamar lengkap, sangat bersih, recommended hotel for stay at gotemba.

The room was way bigger that we expected, we rented two family rooms for six people and it turned out a room would have been enough for us if only they let us. The breakfast was ok and the room was clean

Tidak sia-sia perjalanan menuju ke hostel ini yang ditempuh dengan jalan kaki sekitar 10-15 menit, begitu sampai merasa terbayar sudah perjalanannya. Pemandangannya bagus, dari balkon atas bisa puas memandang gunung fuji, dari balkon bawah dan ruangan keluarga juga bisa kelihatan, betah disini berasa di rumah sendiri saja, bisa sewa sepeda, kemarin sewa dari jam 20.00-08.00 biayanya ¥500 malam-malam keliling menggunakan sepeda sampe ke stasiun kawaguchiko, besok paginya jam 5 keliling sepeda lagi ke danau kawaguchiko.

it's great staying here. accessible by walking. service is good but limited english. the ramen shop next door is good, but the owner doesn't speak english, so be prepared. :)

Lokasi di belakang gotemba station, jalan masuk dulu ke gotemba station, 5 menit jalan. Kamar, wifi ok. Breakfast ok. Staff kurang bisa bahasa inggris tapi pelayanan ramah.
