My mobile phone kept charging in the room. After Checkout, I found that I had gone back to the hotel immediately, although there were no other guests in the room. But the phone was gone. They thought that I would not be back at the airport. Although I accidentally stayed in the room, the question was who would enter the room. They did not show me the CCTV. They did not help to find it. No response, the staff attitude is very bad, extremely irresponsible, just keep saying they don't see, their staff will not steal things. Don't check in, it also cost me a lot of money for my long distance call. I kept calling and going to the pavilion, I was mentally abused for two days and the hotel manager didn't find anything after two days. 我手提電話一直放在房間充電，Checkout後發現，我已經並馬上回去酒店尋找，雖然房間並沒有其他住客入住。但電話已經不見了，他們以為我已經去機場不會回來了，雖然自己不小心留在房間，但問題究竟誰會入房間呢，他們又不給我查看CCTV，他們沒有落力幫忙尋找，也沒有回應，工作人員態度很差，極度不負責任，只是一直說他們沒有看見，他們的工作人員也不會偷東西。千萬不要入住，還花了我很多我打長途電話的花費。我不斷打電話又要去差館，簡直精神虐待了兩天酒店經理二天後才回覆什麼也沒有找到。

A very nice place to stay and walk around. The room is a little bit small, but it’s fine for me. The staffs there are all very friendly and helpful! Also, they have very nice breakfast! I will want to come again if I fly to Lisboa! Stay there was definitely a lovely “memory.”

We stayed 3 nights, service is nice, breakfast is tasty and the room is surprising stylish. Also, the location is good to go to most of places in Lisbon. If I have chance to come back, I would love to choose here again ! :)

A very beautiful hotel in a fantastic location in Alfama. The views are amazing and everything is within walking distance. The service was excellent and the staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Memmo Alfama is a hidden gem off of a main road with the number 28 tram bustling by. It is steps away from the Lisbon Cathedral going down the hill, and a short walk to the top of the hill with an instagram worthy Miradouro. The view on the terrace is amazing, and the friendly attentive staff are always nearby for a drink or food.

Veldig fint hotell og hotellrom. Fikk fantastisk utsikt fra hotellrommet. Utrolig bra beliggenhet, fint basseng og treningssenter. Frokosten var fantastisk. Bra kundeservice. Det eneste vi ikke var så fornøyd med var hotellrestauranten, vi bestilte medium rare steak sandwich og biffen var omtrent helt rå inni, i tillegg til at vi fikk soggy chips på siden. Men ellers var dette et fantastisk opphold og jeg hadde 100% dratt tilbake og anbefaler til alle som skal til Lisboa.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Memmo Alfama Hotel. I loved how it was tucked away but near everything. The hotel entrance is inviting and sleek, I loved it. The staff was very attentive from start to finish. The breakfast was fantastic and could not be missed! I'm still impresses that breakfast was included as it was a great breakfast with many items for all. The views at the hotel was jaw dropping and we could not wait to take pictures. The #28 rides through all day and you can hop on at any time, jusT, WOW! The room was a bit small but cozy at the same time. However, I was not a fan of the bathroom as the lighting was too dark and there was an off and on stench coming from the shower area in the bathroom. That was very disappointing, I would love to stay at the property again, however it would have to be a room with a fresh smelling shower area. The view from the room was beautiful, but it was way too cold for the heated pool which was not heated in my opinion. I gave this hotel 4 stars because I think it could be a really great hotel if some issues would be addressed.

Memmo Alfama is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in in Europe. We loved our time there. The staff were friendly and helpful. The decor is pleasing and well thought out. There’s a nice little gym and pool; everything immaculate. The terrace is a great place to sit with a drink any time of day and particularly at night looking over the city. Excellent breakfast in a cosy breakfast room. We recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

Welcoming staff, an impeccably clean and comfortable room. Lisbon is extremely crowded with tourists these days, so I thoroughly recommend escaping to this charming haven in the beautiful and historic Alfama district.
