good location close to Mackay/Taini Building bus stop -- with 1819 from taoyuan. nice clean room with big bathroom (at 3rd floor). friendly staffs, breakfast is ok. only problem is some mosquito in bathroom.

Our over-all stay is okay but it would be better if their concierge knows how to speak basic English.

Great stay! Staffs are nice and helpful even though they are not that good in speaking English. Breakfast selection is good. The only cons is the location because it is quite far from the station.

Only food I like from this hotel, the rest is the worst. I will not detail it since it was nightmare for us.
