i left many messages in app and email, no one answered. so i have to ask to app agent. finally they answered but the staff does not willing to help, i didn’t had local sim card that cannot call for shuttle bus, as the shuttle bus service provided when phone to hotel. the staff has no reply again! actually the calgary airport provided free phone service that i find it on the airport website! i really wonder am i the only one who did not had local phone?why they don’t have solution about that ? why they don’t know about free phone service provide by the airport?

The room looks good.

The breakfast wasn’t included so we never had it but I did go to bar and found alcohol reasonably priced. I had the steak sandwich with mashed potatoes and it was good. They ran out of double beds so I had to share a king but got the suite so there was a lot of room. Found price for night not too bad as it came with house coat and slippers to use. Pool and gym was open 6 am - 11 pm and it had a water slide, sauna and hot tub as well. Bar should be open later than 10 pm though. 11 pm at least.

Screaming kids in pool until 11p.m. We are regulars gere and we're given what sounded like the last room, even though i booked 6 weeks ago. Room was a disaster. Broken items, missing items, extremely noisy.

Clean modern hotel. Very lovely

We recently stayed at Radisson Hotel expecting a relaxing weekend, but left quite disappointed. The pool—one of the main amenities we were looking forward to—was completely taken over by swimming classes during our stay. There was little to no space left for hotel guests, which made it impossible to enjoy what we paid for. It felt more like a training facility than a hotel amenity. For a weekend stay, this was frustrating and took away from the overall experience. If the hotel allows group classes, there should be better scheduling or clear communication so guests can still enjoy the facilities.

Our shuttle to airport was late leaving. He was on his cell phone the entire drive and we had a close call/short stop because of this. My husband quietly suggested he not be on his phone while actually driving…he brushed us off and said he was checking on other rides. Hotel was lovely. Staff in lounge very accommodating. Front desk staff very gracious. If you got a different driver we would stay again.

Park your car anytime it’s very safe place

I arrived to check in and they could not find my reservation. I had booked two rooms and was given one. Don't know that I would stay here again.

We enjoyed the hotel, the only bad thing were our sheets were wet when we got there, so we pulled the sheets back to let the dry for bed time

Easy check in. Airport parking was smooth and easy 10$ a day for parking.

Ok room, lots of parking. Swimming pool had swimming lessons for people from outside the hotel at the time I visited and I was not able to use the pool area.

Yes the breakfast menu was fresh

Showed up late, no one was at front desk for over 25 minutes... other than that, it was a pleasant stay

Left too early wasn’t able to have breakfast… But left her vehicle while we were away and everything was wonderful! Thanks so much
