i left many messages in app and email, no one answered. so i have to ask to app agent. finally they answered but the staff does not willing to help, i didn’t had local sim card that cannot call for shuttle bus, as the shuttle bus service provided when phone to hotel. the staff has no reply again! actually the calgary airport provided free phone service that i find it on the airport website! i really wonder am i the only one who did not had local phone?why they don’t have solution about that ? why they don’t know about free phone service provide by the airport?

Everything was great. Restaurant on site was awesome

The room was stink everytime the AC is on and the carpet have stain and the customer service are not even friendly and doesn't even greet the customer.

Not too bad

Had a fantastic stay! The rooms were spotless, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended!

Clean room

Rooms were clean and spacious , the restaurant food was delicious ! Kid enjoyed the pool , beds were comfy and we all had a great meal and delightful sleep as we continued our travels the next day - woke up refreshed Affordable.

Every thing good

We had a car and therefore distance did not matter to go out. Shuttle service from the airport (after dropping off the car) to hotel and next day to airport was timely and well organised even if available only hourly. Our room did not have proper clean coffee machine. For sake of sanitary, All hotels need to convert to hot electric kettle and instant. Coffee in lobby was weak. Impressive entry and lobby area. I like the extra security for a room key needed to use elevator. Quiet room, dark curtains and good shower.

It was a hotel room close the airport! Nothing special

Slightly off the beaten path location but spacious good value for the money, gym and pool area very cleaned sizeable.. Room spacious with clean, good sized bathroom.

Carpet in the room can use some deep cleaning. Too much stains

Has a great smell when through out the property creates an Ambiance. Rooms are very clean and my preferred place to stay when I travel down that area

The room was dirty, the bathroom was not wiped down and all the surfaces clearly were not cleaned. We were unable to use the pool as the hotel was running 4 groups of swimming lessons when we tried to use the water slide.

Great place

The room was spacious, modern and clean. The shuttle service was lacking in that they only run on the hour. Since my flight landed just after 9pm I had to wait a full hour for pick up. After a long day of travel I was exhausted and just wanted to get there. Add to that this meant the restaurant was closed when I arrived after 10 so now there was no food also and there are not restaurants in a walkable distance to pick up something. The be y say the shuttle again was not on time and I had to request that we leave twice as I had a plane to catch.

Very small rooms and over paid. This hotel should not be more than 3 stars.

Night light in bathroom will be helpful
