The cleaning lady at the breakfast area were not friendly. I asked her how to use the waffle machine. She told me to push the button and then I never got any waffle and checked out.

The girl who checked us in was nice and friendly. The room smelled like a cat had sprayed/peed all over everything, awful smell, and the TV did not work. We told the lady at the desk the next morning, she said “oh it looks like you used a third party vendor” and pretty much dismissed us. Said she would have someone check the room.

The staff and check in/out were great, the bedding and bathroom were clean. The carpeting just looked old and stained, large hole in the upper wall by the closet with wires sticking out, and very noisy. It looks as though they need to update the carpeting and walls (repair/painting).

Awesome halfway point for us to stop, rest, shower, and get back on road.

It is a comfortable hotel! Stayed there for a night on our way to phoenix from Dallas.

It was good except for wi fi that wasn’t so good

Hotel is old and dated. Never again. Staff was excellent, not their fault about the hotel conditions

Everyone was extremely helpful and professional. The rooms were very clean.

Clean, well maintained and comfortable

Nice king size room we really liked having a small dining table in room. Bathroom was very cramped for toilet and lots of train noise during night. But overall it was good

Bad experience is with EXPEDIA, not the hotel.

Stay was great, housekeeping never came to my room if after me going down and asking staff. My trash was full and asked for new towels.

Breakfast was terrible. Eggs, potatoes nowhere near warm.

The staff were wonderful. The location is right off the interstate so is definitely louder than some locations. Additionally, the building is surrounded by sand lots so dust and dirt is a problem.

We checked in after they had a flooding issue, but they were very upfront and helpful.

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the water. Staff did a good job of informing us ahead of our arrival. Once we arrived, there was a lot of extension cords, fans and other obstacles. Staff did apologize for inconvenience.
