整體來說整潔。 距離casa port及casa voyageurs 站看似不遠，但如果你拉大行李的話一定要坐taxi 才能到達。 與CTM巴士站有點距離！ 由酒店坐grand taxi 到機場300dir（未有講價）,但一定要自己到酒店外問價！

The hotel facilities are basically acceptable except the poor drainage of the bathtub and an unreasonable extra 10% surcharge required at the moment we leave! There are spacious area for parking and the surrounding is very quiet.

L’hôtel a été parfait du début à la fin. La chambre était très confortable, propre et bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner était complet et délicieux. Le personnel a été accueillant et professionnel. Je recommande vivement cet établissement

Alt var tip top, personalet var super søde, buffen var godt. MEN, toiletterne og badværelserne var i virkelig dårlig tilstand..vi og vores venne par skiftet værelser flere gang da badværelserne ikke fungeret. Det var virkelig ærgerlig, det giver ikke indtrykket af det er en fem stjernes hotel. Generelt så burde hotellet ikke have mere end 4 stjerner, værelserne mangkede ting som glass og kopper.. intet i minbaren..

Le personnel avec qui j'ai eu affaire a été très sympathique et à disposition. Vraiment des personnes adorables qui font de leur mieux pour que nous passions un agréable séjour.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was lovely, and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. I would happily stay here again.

Personalen va trevliga, har en bra turkisk bad,frukostbuffén var bra men maten på restaurang var inte alls bra, o gymmet är så där.

While the staff was helpful and patient, the condition of the property is abysmal. Dirty carpets, leaky air conditioners, unclean rooms, the list goes on. If you want a hotel that feels clean and modern, this one is not for you. The hotel, specifically the hotel room floors need significant rehab.

Si vous avez une chambre côté mer, vous serez au top. En revanche, si vous êtes côté rue, n'oubliez pas les boules quies... Impossible de dormir les 2 1eres nuits, heureusement nous avons été déplacés dans une chambre côté mer ensuite. La vue était incroyable, le calme appréciable. Le petit déjeuner est très sympa. Le buffet hebdomadaire n'est absolument pas intéressant, les restaurants à proximité sont beaucoup moins chers et plus variés. Le restaurant à la carte est bon mais un peu cher également. Il n'y a pas du tout d'alcool dans cet hôtel. Et enfin, la piscine intérieure est payante et très chère ! 15€ les 30 mn !!! Le personnel est très sympa. Ce n'est pas l'hôtel le mieux placé pour visiter Tanger mais ça reste très accessible, 4 ou 5€ pour se rendre en taxi dans le centre.
