the interior was not the newest. the water kettle was leaking water. had to carry the iron and ironing board myself from the lobby to the room (where I assumed the staff would help a little bit). nevertheless, good place for a short stay at this price. the wellness facilities are all free. what a pity that I didnt get to enjoy it!

Nice hotel and service very good location too

房間配色十分舒服，且有專屬梳妝區，乾淨且寬敞，樓上有免費健身房、桑拿區及浴室，且附有茶水茶包浴巾，門口除了迎賓水還有免費水果。旅館位置方便，往車站或者重要景點皆不遠，附近地鐵與公車站走路僅需1-2街口，且超市就在旁邊

近地鐵站，房間很大和漂亮，服務員很有禮貌和樂於助人。淋浴間沒有門，較容易弄濕地板，洗手間的抽氣扇不夠強。

Das personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Die Zimmer waren leider etwas verwohnt. Der einzige Sessel im Zimmer hatte einen sehr verschlissenen Bezug, und der einzige Stuhl im Zimmer war sehr schmutzig. Die Lage vom Hotel auch in Bezug auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel war sehr gut.

A lovely hotel. Spacious and well appointed. Staff were exceptional.

Das Zimmer war lieblos und kalt. Sofabett nicht richtig aufgebaut, Boden dreckig, Klobürste kaputt. Der Rezeptionist unfreundlich und nicht sehr kundenorientiert. Der Flur von Lift zu unserem Zimmer teilweise sehr dreckig. Alles in allem wirkte es nicht sehr gepflegt. Schade

Excellent room size with quality design and furniture. Calm and well located hotel near the metro station 15min away from the Opera quarter. Spa area is also comfortable and clean.
