the interior was not the newest. the water kettle was leaking water. had to carry the iron and ironing board myself from the lobby to the room (where I assumed the staff would help a little bit). nevertheless, good place for a short stay at this price. the wellness facilities are all free. what a pity that I didnt get to enjoy it!

Nice hotel and service very good location too

房間配色十分舒服，且有專屬梳妝區，乾淨且寬敞，樓上有免費健身房、桑拿區及浴室，且附有茶水茶包浴巾，門口除了迎賓水還有免費水果。旅館位置方便，往車站或者重要景點皆不遠，附近地鐵與公車站走路僅需1-2街口，且超市就在旁邊

近地鐵站，房間很大和漂亮，服務員很有禮貌和樂於助人。淋浴間沒有門，較容易弄濕地板，洗手間的抽氣扇不夠強。

Grosszügige, elegante Raumgestaltung, und freundliche, hilfsbereite, professionelle Mitarbeiter. Liegt auch sehr praktisch. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, sehr empfehlenswert!!

Le SPA est top, le buffet petit-déjeuner adéquat et très bon, les chambres confortables et spacieuses. L'atmosphère générale très bonne.

Limpeza dos quartos/ room service muito ruim. Bom café da manhã, boas roupas de cama e boas toalhas, bom espaço, bom aquecimento e bem localizado. Boa academia.

Everything was clean and modern with very lovely staff. Only complaint would be the sheets and pillows were not the comfiest. Despite booking a double, we actually had two twins pushed together with two single duvets which was mildly inconvenient. Would recommend the hotel though to anyone wanting to stay in a quiet place in Vienna with easy access to all the main attractions via the public transport or walking.
