Nice hotel for a stay in Peterborough - comfy and provided all we needed for trip.

Quick check-in, room clean but very dated and bed was uncomfortable. Fidnt have breakfast in bed as expensive for the food options available. Handy location and fab restaurant next door.

Staff were very friendly lovely and clean everywhere and breakfast was delivered to your room

Staff were extremely helpful, polite and genuinely friendly. If you are disabled in any way then you must ensure that a ground floor room is booked; no lifts and too many idiosyncretic stairs to navigate othewise. Am not sure how wheelchair users are provided for. However, did enjoy the room delivered breakfasts. Will return when next in Peterborough.

We only stayed for one night and that's why we booked a standard room. Was fine for us. I've stayed in a lot worse. Staff were polite and professional on arrival and we were made to feel welcome. My only negative(and I emphasize we only stayed one night) was that the breakfast is not worth the fee.

Very low ceiling roof, tiny door, no blinds on roof window, bearly got any sleep.

Staff were excellent both in checking in and out, room was large and clean. Breakfast was brought to the room and was very good. It is close to town and would recommend to stay.

Friendly staff. Dinner is lovely at Tavan. Breakfast included and it isn't too bad. Comfortable beds with spacious rooms! I've stayed here a few times already and highly recommend it.

Property clean & staff very pleasant. Ground floor doors to rooms banging shut through the night and echoing along uncarpeted corridor. If you want a good nights sleep, take ear plugs & sleeping aid tablets. Good food in adjoining restaurant.

From the second i walked in the staff were fantastic although asking an English person for ID is annoying. Decent room, wifi, super shower, has free parking. Bring a small breakfast to your room as well. Will return

Very friendly and helpful people. Nice room, comfortable bed, decent breakfast. Short walk into the city centre. Located on a busy road, noisy at times, take earplugs.

I was prepared to write a glowing, detailed review of cleanliness, comfort, eco-friendiness, service and overall satisfaction with my stay. Then I discovered shortly after leaving the hotel my room deposit was not returned. I received no call or email about the charge. I thought it was a mistake. The next morning I discovered I forgot to return the room key. I immediately called the hotel with the intention of returning the key. I was told the hotel tried to contact me but was unable to reach me. The management was forced to change the room lock and charged me. I understood I made my mistake, but in all truthfulness, I received no communications about the missing key or the intention to penalize me. I was charged within an hour of leaving the premises. I understand their decision--it's a valid hotel policy. I feel the action was 'cold and calculated' response to an honest mistake. I'm deeply disappointed.

Great find in a very convenient location. Very good Turkish restaurant adjoining the hotel and breakfast served to your room. Excellent.

Clean and modern decor, lovely staff who apologised when I relayed the room was cold in the night. The only negative in the whole stay.

A weekend break just to spend some husband and wife without the children, grandchildren or friends intriguing. The attached restaurant served excellent food with a very relaxing charming atmosphere
