Love that is walking distance to everything, bed was comfortable and the AC was really good. A bit hard to find. Customer service was also good. I would stay here again.

Everything good except it was not possible to look canal 1 & 2 at TV

The room is basic but very clean & tidy property. Very friendly & helpful staff. We stayed 2 nights. It’s in a neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants & was very noisy, tough to sleep with drunk people right outside the window all night long (mid week! ) No complaints other than the noisy neighborhood.

Rosa e Mercedes são gentis e educadas por demais e isso já traz um grande conforto. O quarto é exatamente o que consta no site (simples, com decoração já ultrapassada, porém, limpo e confortável) Um lugar que volto!

É um tipo de hospedagem bastante comum em Madri (Hostal). O custo x benefício é muito bom. A instalação fica localizada bem no centro de Madri, perto de tudo: locais históricos, parques, metrôs, lojas, teatros, mercados... enfim, tudo o que um viajante precisa. O quarto é simples, mas a cama é confortável e o banho é bom. Gostei muito e recomendo para quem quer uma hospedagem turistica sem gastar muito.

Excellent location in the centre of Madrid. A little cumbersome with the process of leaving the key at the front desk but it felt safe and the reception staff is always friendly and helpful. It can get a little noisy at night at times but that's part of the location being so close to everything.

Posizione centralissima,camera abbastanza pulita e personale disposta a soddisfare ogni richiesta.

Very well located with friendly staff. While there's no on-site parking, there are a couple of public parking options within a 10-minute walk.

The bathroom tiles are broken and dangerous

Perfect spot for Madrid! Right in the center and within a 20 minute walk to anything else. Comfortable bed and good service from the front desk. A great find at a very good price!

There was a staff at the front desk who worked overnight that apparently refused to open the door for me. I was gonna go out very early in the morning and it was raining and I forgot my jacket. I went back upstairs to the hostel to get a jacket from my room and I kept on knocking the door and ringing the doorbell but for some reasons, he did not open it for me.

La struttura, seppure con mobili e aspetto poco moderni, è davvero molto pulita e tenuta bene. Comodissima, in pieno centro. Personale sempre disponibile per qualunque cosa. Consiglio: metterei a disposizione un asciugacapelli nelle camere, magari in modo opzionale.

円安のこともあり、かつ夜中に着く...１泊だけの宿だったのでリーズナブルで便利な場所を探した結果、たどり着いた宿。そういった意味での宿泊には問題なかったです。

Situación inmejorable al lado de Sol. Muy limpio. Totalmente recomendable, aunque el precio me pareció elevado al tratarse de un hostal y costar mas de 400€ por tres noches

Close to metro and restaurants nice place

Localização extremamente central, não tem como ser melhor, mas se você busca uma região silenciosa, não é uma boa opção. Atendimento impecável do início ao fim. Recepção 24h. Pude acessar o quarto bem antes do horário do check-in - isso foi incrível! Limpeza impecável em todos os ambientes. Pude guardar as bagagens após o check-out. Quarto pequeno, mas ok para um viajante solo. Instalações do quarto ok, com mesa, cadeira, cofre e um pequeno guarda-roupa. Cama confortável e roupa de cama/banho satisfatória. Como recomendação, sugiro colocarem tapete antiderrapante no local do banho (quase sofri uma queda perigosa) e um cesto de lixo no quarto. Em geral, pelo preço, vale a pena!
